Ordered online and the order was wrong (got 2 of the same sub and not one of #17, Philly cheesesteak). Went back with the receipt and wrong sub and let them know. They were very kind, gave us a soda, put extra meat, bacon and onions on my sandwich on the house, and let us keep the wrong sandwich. It was my first time there. The sandwich was good and the customer service topped it off. I will be coming here again. Thanks guys!

My wife and I just ordered a sub and a wrap. Her turkey sub had about two slices of turkey on it and some of it had brown spots on it. I ordered a Club Supreme wrap, it came with 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of roast beef and no bacon. We grew up at the Jersey Shore and have been eating Jersey Mikes our entire life, this is by far the worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. There quality is so inconsistent, very disappointing. The owner Pete would be so pissed!!!
