I never have a problem ordering at any Jersey Mikes This particular one on Collier Blvd ruined my lunch. The young man with a Bun on his head did not hear my order correctly and got very angry when he didn't made a sub he wasn't supposed to. He raised his voice and told me that is "NOT what he heard!!" I repeated the order to him and he slammed his cutting machine like a child. Needless to say there was no apology. Won't forget that in a hurry. He took his frustration out on a customer. Bad business.

I had never been to a Jersey Mike’s before. Joe was taking my order. I was a little confused as to how the ordering went. Joe was the rudest fast food server I have ever encountered by raising his voice and talking down to me. If he’s just a worker, he needs more customer training. If he’s the franchise owner, corporate needs more training for franchise owners. The other two workers were not rude. Sandwiches were ok.

I thought it was great to see someong washing the doors and the table tops down. I love jerseys Mikes but i feel that they can get carried away with the oil and vinegar, ( if by the time the sandwich is made and your eating in the store and your bread is soggy) thatsvways to much. But beside thats our order was made in a nice clean timely manner. Thankbyou. Love clean table tops!!

First of all, I do want to clarify that I am a regular here!! So they all know me by now!! Joe and his team are great!! Great service and food! Highly recommended!Oh and they just started doing Sunday Breakfast, which my wife and I enjoy!! Keep up the good work guys!!
Stopped in for some lunch, had my fave of course Philly cheese steak can never go wrong with it the bread always fresh. Hailey and another gentleman didn't get his name with tattoos were very welcoming. Definitely will keep coming to the location on collier

Friendly staff but not a fan of the food. I'm convinced the Buffalo Chicken sub was really minced tuna with a little Frank's sauce; I've never in my life seen chicken with that texture.

The Jersey Mike's Location is new to the location, The Subs are all excellent. WE love the Chicken Bacon Ranch. The location is clean and well kept. The food and the service is excellent.
