I don't leave many reviews, but need to for this. We love love love this pizza BUT...we have ordered delivery from them 3 times and it has consistently gotten to us more than 30 min past the estimated time. This last time we pre-ordered for delivery, they called us and said they lost the ticket and the pizza was in the oven. They gave back us the delivery fee, but we still received the pizza an hour after we had requested it. Given that I ordered it 2 hours before, I would expect maybe a 15min delay.Definitely get it, but also definitely pick it up!

I wish you guys would specify that you don’t use fresh but canned mushrooms on your website. Pizza was okay, not even close to NY style pizza though.

I’d rather go hungry than eat Jets Pizza food. Truly the worst ever - pizza crust had no flavor, more like soggy cardboard. The kids’ chicken fingers were awful- if there was real chicken inside the horrible batter, then that would be a total surprise. Maybe we just hit this place on a really bad night. But it was $125 down the drain - we had to get subs from Publix. :((((

Meh.. not the best. I wasn’t impressed at all. We got a regular pepperoni and a deep dish chkn Buffalo pizza. Both were really greasy. We had to use paper towels & blot the top to soak up the grease on the pepperoni pizza. I mean, if I had to pick between this pizza or little Caesars, I’d pick little Caesars personally. And it would’ve been a lot cheaper too! I didn’t really care for the crust either. Just wasn’t that great for us overall. I wouldn’t order another

Anthony took care of me today!!! Very professional greeted with a great smile. Had the "jet 10", and it was amazing. Best pizza in Southwest Florida!!! I highly recommend this Jets Pizza location.

If you like Detroit style pizza, this is the best in Naples. The pizza is baked to perfection with crusty sides on each piece.
The Detroit style is the best by a long way. Service isn't always great but the food is top notch

First time ordering and wasn't prepared for a computerized call and was going to ask questions before I ordered but I ordered 4 different thin crust pizzas for pickup and they were all excellent. Will definitely order there next time!

W ordered lunch for the office, at 10am. We had a delivery, ticket number 1 ( first order of the day). One pizza was completely burnt and chewy, then pepperoni pizza had 2 pieces of hair cooked into the cheese, not on top, literally in the cheese.We called to get refund/ new pizza and was told they could not look up ticket number since manager was not in. I told Chris on the phone that since the manager is not in employees burn pizza and do not wear hair nets and its acceptable?I asked if pizza would be refunded and or replaced and he said have a great day and hung up.Charlie was the manager who was suppose to be on duty and was not there. We spoke to a Chris at the store.we have ordered there in the past, with no issues but this time was very careless and lack of customer service... especially being the day after Christmas and the first order in, how busy could they be to make such mistakes?Picture for reference: This was suppose to be a buffalo chicken pizza. The extremely burnt pieces are on top that look like Spinach is actually burnt pieces bacon

The customer service at this place is horrible. The pizzas were cold, our order was changed without our approval. When we called to complain we were treated as if we were stupid. They don't care you are the customer, it's all about their convenience and that's it. Never again will I order from this place.
