Jimmy Johns did an excellent job taking a last-minute large order. They were able to accommodate 50 people in 1 hour. I highly recommend the single lunch box. The presentation is awesome, and the food was great! Thank you, Trevon and Alyssa, for making my pool party a great success.
Ordered a delivery order and got the totally wrong sandwich. Manager Rachel accused me of lying, interrupted constantly, yelled at me and said she had no desire to make things right. This girl has no business being manager, she has zero customer service skills. If your store messes up, you need to fix it. If your computer or staff mess up, you need to fix it. It’s NOT the customers fault your system is flawed. And you ABSOLUTELY do not yell at the customer and call them a liar!!
