It's a nice casual place to grab a bite. The roast beef and Italian mix have sufficient meat for my liking. However, the turkey subs are skimpy on the meat, but tasty. I love, upon request, they canoe the very delicious roll for you as, otherwise IMO it's too much bread. Decor is humorous and entertaining. Very fast, efficient, and friendly service. The establishment is always clean. I do wonder if they lowered the number of employees working at the same time, they could lower their prices. It seems a bit overloaded with employees.

Ordered 4 sandwiches all with extra mayo, one with no cheese for a guest who cannot eat cheese. None of them had extra mayo, all of them had cheese. The reciept actually is correct so it was not the fault of the person taking the order. They did offer to deliver another sandwich, but we are at least a half an hour away. I left a $10 tip and still got a wrong order. Will not return.

I went to purchase a sandwich for my 7 year old niece and I. I asked for a giant sandwich because I was sharing with her. She is a slightly picky eater so I wanted a few extra toppings on my half of the sandwich. The young girl ringing me in proceeded to tell me I could not do that. Once she noticed my frustration she says “oh, I feel bad now, I can make it that way you want”. They advertise for “building your own sandwich” and then can’t accommodate a very simple order. I ended up spending 17 dollars for bread, lettuce, and mayo. Very disappointed. I feel it shouldn’t be that complicated to accommodate.

A young lady named Jersey had several orders come in right before me and it was the lunch rush. She didn't miss a beat taking my order and was incredibly cordial and I was in and out with sandwiches in hand in less than 5 mins. Great staff!
I saw an article online that Jimmy John’s was voted the best sub shop. My son and I both got “as on menu” roast beef and turkey subs. No ioke, we got home from about a 10min drive to find a few shreds of lettuce and one single layer of meat. The only wrong taking the order basically told us we couldn’t change anything and since you can’t see what they’re making you get what you get. $20 worth of garbage. I don’t know if it’s this location or overall company but I’d suggest you steal clear of this location

Jimmy John’s North Naples. A visit to Jimmy John’s Saturday afternoon. Tasty wraps and sandwiches. Something here for everyone. The North Naples staff is friendly and the interior is clean. The location is convenient. Quick and easy meal!
