If I could give zero stars I would. They used to deliver the food themselves. Now, without warning they deliver through Uber. I could have driven there and picked it up myself faster had I known. 45 minutes for a tuna sub to be delivered from .8 miles away because the driver made another stop first…

We went to order one giant and have the veggies different on each side due to allergies. The cashier proceeded to ring us up for 2 regular and charge us and extra 60 cents. Then they didn't even make them right and when I told them the same cashier had a bad attitude. I will never ever return to this location at all.

I RESENT A DUPLICATE ORDER AND THE STORE CALLED ME AND LET ME KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME. AS I WAS TALKING TO THE STORE, THE DELIVERY ARRIVED. I will NEVER go to this Jimmy John’s again. Driver is incredibly rude and drives way too fast, almost hit me in the parking lot as I’m over half way out of my space then yells at me. If I were the owner I would fire him immediately or risk loosing more business.
