Remove the tip prompt from your card reader. That should not be the first thing to pop up nor is it appropriate to expect tips. Staff that waits tables get gratuity. Look up tipping etiquette, you people are way out of control with this. Turned me off completely from returning.

Twice now I have tried to order from here and my order gets cancelled with Uber Eats. Tried calling but the girl was as clueless as a rock.

EDIT: I have tried 2 more times since this review and both orders have been cancelled about 30 minutes before it was set to arrive.

I had an outstanding experience at Jimmy John's thanks to Conrad Worthy! His attention to detail and guest hospitality truly stood out. Conrad ensured every aspect of my order was perfect, from the freshness of the ingredients to the meticulous sandwich preparation. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for customers made my visit exceptional. It's clear that Conrad goes above and beyond to provide a top-notch experience. It’s the little things that he does like call customer guests, helping the elderly and what a joy to be served with a man who is polite with manners. Managers, take note—Conrad is a shining example of excellent customer service! Conrad Worthy is proof that the Art of Hospitality is not dead. Highly recommend visiting Jimmy John's when he's on duty.

My order was missing sides and the girl behind the counter was arguing with me and was only going to give me part of my order, refusing to give me the sides I had ordered, then gave me one of the two sides. I had to raise my voice in order to get my second side. Customer service is extremely important and this is absolutely ridiculous. The gentleman at the register was very kind. I thought that I would order from this location since it was closer to me but I would rather drive across town to the location I usually frequent to avoid this horrible service.

Ordered my food, timed my very short break based on when the notification came that the driver was on the way and would be here in 5 mins, driver didn't leave the store for another 13 minutes according to whoever answers the phones there... then the driver didnt show for an additional TWENTY minutes and the store was rude when i asked for an updared ETA. So poor communication, 30+ minutes is anything but "freaky fast" I wasted my break and don't get to eat for another few hours, (hope its not soggy and gross by then), and terrible customer service.

Everything is always fantastic especially since it's a giant chain sub shop. I'm not sure why they how they have low reviews. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is always good. What more could you ask for?
