I was gonna try and order a sandwich online, but there’s no pricing anywhere to figure out how much the sandwiches are. How do you buy a sandwich when you don’t know how much you’re gonna spend until the very end. Got there got a 6 inch sandwich that was about 2 inches wide and it was $6.00. This is ridiculous. And when did a small fountain drink become three dollars? Not going back.

My sandwich was wrong & my drink was syrup...no carbonation. But I ordered online on 1/25/26 & picked up...was already home when i realized. I won't be tipping online or for pickups anymore. Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from them.

HEALTH CODE VIOLATION

I ordered 2 subs in store, and witnessed the young Hispanic guy making my sandwich start making the sub, then went over to the drive-thru window and collected loose change from the customer, exchange bills and coins, and never changed his gloves, only to come back and finish making my food. Absolutely disgusting.

I contacted corporate who said the franchise owner would get in contact with me. They never did. I contacted the store directly about 60 days later and still got nothing.

This is disgusting!!!!!

Rule #1 for all delivery drivers have a pen on your person lol not borrow one from the front desk at a hotel. #2 walk fast don't stroll. And how does a sub shop not have Swiss cheese ?

I ordered a chicken bacon, ranch and almost an hour later. I finally called to see where the sandwich was. They answer the phone saying hello and nothing else. It sounded like the person was high in a surfer dude. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. Then I asked for the owner and they said the owner wasn’t there. He said was this about the order and I said yes he said I’m sorry man we don’t have a delivery driver. I just sent it out for Uber. I just told him to cancel it and that his Customer Service was very unprofessional. He said he was just here for summer working part-time and he’s really an athlete after I told him he’s not good at Customer Service. Who answers the phone that just says hello like they’re high. I will never order from the store again.

Visiting from Canada, we arrived at Jimmy John’s just two minutes before closing, craving it since we don’t have one at home. Despite wrapping up for the night, two kind staff members happily made our subs—fast, friendly, and without hesitation. The food was delicious as always, but the five-star rating is for their outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town—thank you!

I ordered a turkey Tom no tomatoes and literally put the name(tomato allergy) not only did it come with tomato but when I called the employee tried to argue about the way it was written on the receipt and then said the manager said I need to pay for a new one. I asked to speak to her and she said we didn’t put in the order right but I’m literally looking at the receipt that said “No tomatoes” and (Tomato allergy) you guys really need to address top to bottom in that place. I didn’t even want money back just a new sandwich so my employee didn’t go into anaphylactic shock.

Remove the tip prompt from your card reader. That should not be the first thing to pop up nor is it appropriate to expect tips. Staff that waits tables get gratuity. Look up tipping etiquette, you people are way out of control with this. Turned me off completely from returning.

Twice now I have tried to order from here and my order gets cancelled with Uber Eats. Tried calling but the girl was as clueless as a rock.

EDIT: I have tried 2 more times since this review and both orders have been cancelled about 30 minutes before it was set to arrive.

It’s the little things that he does like call customer guests, helping the elderly and what a joy to be served with a man who is polite with manners. Managers, take note—Conrad is a shining example of excellent customer service! Conrad Worthy is proof that the Art of Hospitality is not dead.
