Amber Cove was exceptional! We had a party of 7 and were seated right at our reservation time. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and the offerings of the evening. We all chose different meals, and each was outstanding. Dessert following the main courses did not disappoint. During our time there, the owner and chef each came to speak to our family and could not have been more gracious. Highly recommend if you are looking for fantastic food and service!

It was our first visit to Amber Cove, and it certainly did not disappoint. For appetizers we ordered the beet salad and the mushroom bisque. Both were delightful, with the bisque being especially rich and decedent.
For our entrees, we enjoyed the halibut special and the miso glazed sea bass. Each dish featured an incredible combination of ingredients that worked beautifully together.
We finished with the deconstructed baklava, which was refreshing and the perfect portion to end the meal. They also had one of our favorite bottles of wine, which paired wonderfully with every course.
Our server, Dave, was fantastic and made the entire experience even better. We will definitely be back!

Our menu selections were prepared to perfection and certainly meant to be interesting in taste & texture. We found the price for the mixed drinks to be quite pricey and the wine list doesn’t include any glass less than $16. The ambiance being quieter in today’s world is a great draw but pricing needs attention.

We dined at Amber Cove last night and the food was amazing. The 32 Hour Short Rib, Australian Braised Lamb, Pistachio Crusted Black Grouper were phenomenal. Our server Dave was one of the best I’ve ever experienced in a fine dining restaurant. His descriptions of the food and overall kindness and attention to our table were above and beyond. He made a great dining experience a PHENOMENAL dining experience. We certainly will be returning and requesting Dave. Great job Tim!

We had 2 of the best dinners we’ve ever had at Naples at amber cove. The grouper and mahi were fantastic!!! They have an excellent wine list and suggested wine pairings with the entrees which is a nice touch. Give it a try. It is a good value for the quality! A gem of a restaurant.
