We had a fantastic dining experience! The ambiance is welcoming, we had a beautiful Chilean Sea Bass and poached lobster pasta , followed by scrumptious chocolate cake. They also have great selection of fine wine and spirits. Our staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The food is incredible the staff and owner were great. It is a beautiful place and we couldn't have had a better experience or meal.
This was a fantastic experience ! From the moment we met the host we could see the pride in this restaurant. The owner, then greeted us explaining the menu and giving us a little history on the chef and the culinary choices. Our waitress Shannon was attentive and on point. The wagu meatball appetizer was awesome! I had the lobster linguini fantastic and my husband the salmon. He loved it! The chef checked on us himself, making sure we were more than satisfied. Our desserts were fabulous. Carrot cake and baklava cheesecake for the win! Oh yes and the wine selection outstanding. We made reservations for the next night as well. Highly recommended.
Greeted graciously by the proprietor (Tim H) & attentively served throughout by Seth. My charred prawns were off the mark w/and over spiced sauce. Entree of slow cooked pork chop diito as the polenta was cool vs. the piping hot corn & pork chop, the latter ample in size but somewhat undercooked. My dining companion opted for the Ceaser salad accompanied by poached lobster (out of the shell) a tasty dish but somewhat ambitious price. Dessert of the dark chocolate mouse almost remied the former shortcomings. Considering the inn recently opened, the shortcomings will be corrected, but until than we were underwhelmed save the lovely ambience & excellent svc Allan H.
Amber Cove is in the venue of the former KC American Grill. That said, the space has been completely refurbished in modern and subdued tones. The menu is new combining equal offerings of sea and land. I made a dinner of two appetizers: a crab-and-fishcake, and a sauteed soft-shell crab. Both items were delicately cooked. The chef created sauces and spice combinations for the dishes that were flavorful, piquant and complimentary to the items. There is a diverse wine list. While there are a few over-the-top priced bottles, most are at reasonable price-points. A pleasant surprise: most of the offerings are available by the glass. All-in-all a delightful dinner in a new venue. Naples is not short of lovely restaurants. Amber Cove is a wonderful new additions fit for any occasion, diurnal or special. Bon Appetite!
They seem to be missing something. The food was very high priced in the 40 and $50 range per entrée for the quality that you're receiving price point should've been more like 30.
It was a quiet Wednesday night and the food was superb. Our server Tammy was great. And the Maitre 'D Jim was very engaging. Great evening!
New ownership and new concept for the old KC American Bistro. Very international, and a welcome addition to north Naples. Food was outstanding, from the freshly made Ceviche to the Beet salad, to the sushi grande tuna with lobster risotto. The owner spent a lot of time talking with us, as did the Chef. What a great experience and now a new favorite for elegant and complex cuisine without having to go downtown.
My wife and I were extremely pleased with our first visit to the recently open Amber Cove. While the interior will be familiar to those who dined at the previous restaurant in this space, the food is significantly more innovative. We started with a great beet salad. I had a fantastic piece of tuna served over a lobster risotto, I also enjoyed their version of chocolate mousse which included a chocolate truffle on top and a raspberry filing. We will certainly be back.
The ambience, service and especially the food were all the best ; on par with the finest restaurants.

Unbelievable food. Short ribs, lobster linguine, Japanese meatballs, pork chop, rack of lamb, all excellent. They have redone the inside of the restaurant and it looks fabulous. Presentation of the dishes is exquisite.
Excellent meal, service and presentation. We had the short ribs, lobster linguine and Japanese meatballs. All were amazing! Will definitely be back
We had such an incredible experience dining at the new Amber Cove. If you haven't tried it yet - Please GO! It's truly a neighborhood gastronomy gem. The food was so fresh and delicious and the presentation was visually elegant. The flavors are sophisticated, perfectly balanced and delectable. They also offer a curated wine pairing that went beautifully with each dish. Our Server was very attentive and friendly. Chef Je came out to introduce himself and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be dining here frequently.
Very nice venue, Great Food, excellent service, and wonderful friendly people working there. We will be returning.
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there. The ambience, the food and the` service could not have been better. The poached lobster linguini was excellent as were the dishes the others had. The owner was very friendly and told us how he came to open the restaurant and how he came to name it Amber Cove. You won't be disappointed.
