A very worthy heir to the space previously occupied by K.C.'s American Bistro. Front of the house / back of the house . . . everything is spot on. Nothing "me too" or "been there; done that" about this restaurant. Your dining experience is unhurried and curated. Had the good fortune to attend a limited reservation 5-Course Wine Dinner at Amber Cove in partnership with a 300 year old family owned vintner from Tuscany. You can't find what my wife and I drank celebrating out 26th wedding anniversary at Total Wine. Ordered a case of wine after an absolutely fabulous meal. Looking forward to receiving that!!! Really can't endorse or recommend Amber Cove enough for a night out or a special occasion. Make a reservation and treat yourself to something special.

The rose champagne by the glass was not very good, but the meals were good. Two people in our group ordered an appetizer and a small plate and two shared the beet salad and and entree of salmon and an entree of short ribs. Entrees were pricey. The short ribs had a nice reveal with a cloche and smoke billowing out once the lid was lifted.

Excellent service and exceptional dining experience! My recent visit was truly superb. The presentation was beautiful, the cuisine was expertly prepared, and the service was equally impressive. The owner provided personal attention, demonstrating a palpable passion for his business. He has created something special, and we thoroughly enjoyed the sophisticated dinner. I highly recommend Amber Cove for a dining experience that you will genuinely appreciate. I eagerly anticipate returning to indulge in another exceptional dining experience.

Our dinner was wonderful. It was the first time trying Amber Cove. It was sizzle week so we had the 3 course dinner and everything was exceptional. I had a wonderful beet salad, delicious short ribs and a yummy choc mousse dessert.

Our first time since new ownership. Ambiance is great, owner very accommodating. Met the Chef, a young man who is a gentleman and very flamboyant with his food presentation. Grouper was not only very tasty, but the fruits and preparation on the plate was literally a treat! Excited to include in our rotation of restaurants...

Absolutely incredible dishes, everything we ordered was so delicious from the appetizers to the desserts! We got the short ribs, seabass, and salmon for meals! Our server Shannon was also awesome, and even the owner came over and chatted with us and walked us through the whole menu! overall great experience, will definitely be back again!

Food flavorful/excellent with an innovative menu and best part about this evening.. unfortunately, service and ambiance both medicocre.. prices HIGH, even for Naples. Worth a visit for a special occasion, but likely won't be back.

My dinner (salmon) was excellent and the service was wonderful. The server gave us plenty of time for each course while continuing to check in with how dinner was going. Nothing was rushed and everything was personal. That night in June we discovered our usual KC Bistro was now in transition to new management to be Amber Cove. Our friends also told us that their experience was that the food at Amber Cove was upscale to KC Bistro. So, we decided to host our Summer Dining Club there to give our diners a wonderful, new, upscale dining experience with a limited menu to make it more practical to give good service and upscale food to 37 people. Tim Herman, the new owner, paid a lot of attention to detail as we planned the event. It has taken awhile to give feedback because we left on a trip that next morning and I wanted to take time to get feedback from many of the diners. The consensus is that the food was very good and clearly upscale. The service was exceptional and personal for each table. The atmosphere was calm and elegant--often hard to find when you are serving 37 people.
