Amber Cove was exceptional! We had a party of 7 and were seated right at our reservation time. Our server was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and the offerings of the evening. We all chose different meals, and each was outstanding. Dessert following the main courses did not disappoint. During our time there, the owner and chef each came to speak to our family and could not have been more gracious. Highly recommend if you are looking for fantastic food and service!
A remarkable dining experience shaped by a truly exceptional chef and a gifted team. Naples is incredibly fortunate to call a restaurant of this caliber its own. Each dish feels imaginative, artfully composed, and deeply inspired—an expression of both creativity and precision on every plate.
It was our first visit to Amber Cove, and it certainly did not disappoint. For appetizers we ordered the beet salad and the mushroom bisque. Both were delightful, with the bisque being especially rich and decedent.
For our entrees, we enjoyed the halibut special and the miso glazed sea bass. Each dish featured an incredible combination of ingredients that worked beautifully together.
