One of the best new restaurants we have tried recently. Great food, wonderful service and a beautiful dining room. Everyone loved their orders but by far the 32 hour Short Ribs were the biggest hit. Also, so Quiet! I've been in a few restaurants recently that are so loud. Not Amber Cove. Seth was our server and he did a wonderful job. We will definitely be back.
The whole experience was lovely. We arrived early for our reservation (5:45 for a 6 reservation) greeted immediately and asked if we wanted a booth or a table we chose a booth, which was very comfortable, (we were only about 10 to 12 people there at that time) The waitress was attentive at the beginning. Took our order promptly for drinks and food. The salad which was their special for the evening was delicious and creative. The main course arrived hot and presentation was beautiful...
From the moment we walked in, the proprietor Tim made our experience exceptional. But he was not alone, the bartender Shannon wiped up some amazing cocktails and Seth, delivered exceptional service. The cuisine was creative and delicious. A must try in Naples!!
