The staff here is very disrespectful. When I asked when my order would be ready, they said “I don’t know” and made me wait for 45 minutes. Nobody in the kitchen is wearing gloves, and the kitchen is dirty. Very disappointing experience

Cold food missing items every time we visit this location 25 years sucks every time only give them a try every 2 to 3 years bad every time only other restaurant that matches this level of very bad food is golden gate burger king.

Got the 20.99 family deal with mashed potatoes and macaroni. Literally everything was awful. Almost not even edible it was so bad. It was empty when I got there so it wasn’t busy so maybe just pure laziness and bad management. The chicken was barely even warm and had almost no flavor and not even crunchy. Was more soggy. Dude at the window was cool tho. About a large Pepsi for almost 4 dollars and couldn’t drink it because it was so flat and tasted like syrup. Like honestly how is this place still open? If the owner wondering why you are losing money at this location, it’s because the quality is 0/100

Manager said she had no Crispy Chicken, only original recipe, at 11:30 a.m. I asked why, she says she forgot to order Crispy... :( That is typical for this KFC. It is pretty bad.

If I could give this KFC zero stars, I would. Last night I went through the drive-thru to try the new Honey BBQ wings and wedges. I ordered two six-piece combo meals of the wings. Maria, who took my order at the window, confirmed the wings were available. Once I got to the window, she suddenly said they only had 11 pieces of the BBQ wings left and would throw in a regular wing which wasn’t an issue. I paid, then she told me it would be a 15-minute wait. After waiting, Maria quickly dropped off the food to my car and rushed back inside. When I checked the bag, everything was wrong. They put all the chicken into one box and gave me regular whole wings..not the Honey BBQ wings I ordered or paid for. I went inside to have it fixed or get a refund, and instead of correcting their mistake, they tried to argue with me saying I never ordered the BBQ wings. Maria even tried to act like she “didn’t know what I was talking about.” To make matters worse, they offered me packets of BBQ dipping sauce as if that was the same thing! I even pulled up a reference from social media showing the actual Honey BBQ wings that KFC is advertising, and Maria brushed it off with, “Oh that TikTok.” Completely unprofessional and dismissive. Then a shift manager tried to make excuses about another location having it, which makes no sense. IF you don’t have the Honey BBQ wings, just say that upfront, instead of taking people’s money and giving them something completely different. This was a frustrating, unprofessional experience and a complete waste of time. This location seriously needs new staff and new management.

I ordered the free bucket and $15 more via the app. KFC accepted the order, and got a cc authorization. BUT when right before I was supposed to pick up the order it was cancelled... saying that this location doesn't accept online orders. YET, the staff in the store said they do. I spent 1.5 hrs traveling and trying to workout the problem. Needless to say I won't return, as much as I like KFC ... maybe Popeyes will be a better choice.... As to the location staff. They didn't care.

I've sparingly come to this location and the food was good for the most part. The service I received today will not have me coming back. I came into the drive thru and spent 2 minutes ordering what I wanted. Throughout the whole process the employee spoke rudely and abruptly with me especially when I changed one small part of my order. She was a young Hispanic girl with long pink nails which I do believe isn't compliant with food safety regulations.

Best location
So I just went to KFC with my wife got a 10 piece family meal two large sides and was told it didn’t come with drinks, spending almost 40$, but spendings 7/8$ dollars on a combo we would have gotten a drink I don’t really know how this works rationally but highly disappointed I have to say. My wife literally asked for two sauces and was given two for 10 pieces of chicken, and we weren’t given a receipt she thought se was slick, she would be working 5/13 at roughly 8pm

KFC made my day today! The food and hospitality was exactly what I needed midday. The music was on point, and chicken was incredible! The Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning was really good too. My bill was 13.13. My Bill # was 4285. I was born in 85. I was inspired by the great food and service to write this review. Big Shoutout to Heidi for providing great hospitality! Thanks again, you made my day KFC

This is the absolutely worst KFC I ever had. How much baking soda did you put into everything except the soda. Chicken taste like baking soda, fries taste like baking soda like who decided to have a baking soda war with the food.🤮🤮🤮🤮
