My daughter wanted to try the Carmel apple and thought the Apple Pie one looked great, but when having a piece, both of us at the same time, couldn't swallow it as the texture and taste was not what we expected. I walked in humbly and rather shy to complain, but needed to share my feedback… Nicole, the Manager, said sorry, “ that was your gamble” you’d have to buy something else and we will not refund you. I didn’t want a refund. Granny Smith Apple with white chocolate and cinnamon sounds like an amazing combination, But in this case, it was poorly executed as the white chocolate was so thick and chewy along with the caramel, it was very overwhelming for a small child. The last time we were here, we had an amazing experience And were even offered water after our ice cream by these two amazing young men. Somehow, this horrible experience, Trump’s The good one. Nicole requires training in problem solving and customer service.

10pm on July 4th...one hour before closing, and this staff is as attentive as can be.Not only did they serve up ice cream, but they did it with smiles.And helpful is not the word...my server offered to carry my cone to the register as I carried my sister's.Then the fellow at the register even offered to open my door.Oh, and did I mention the giveaway of free little bars of chocolate? The ice cream was creamy and so enjoyable.Our friends were in definite agreement...they bought ice cream and a bit of chocolate too. We all will be back. Congratulations to whomever trains your team about customer service A plus..bonus time!
