Mariah had such an amazing team tonight, great attitude, very funny and charismatic! She made the best Superman milkshake I’ve ever had. Only 5 stars but it should be 10 stars!

The best ice cream I've ever eaten in my entire life. I've returned at least 5 times in the past 3 months. The employees are truly kind and cheerful - perfect for ice cream shop! You won't be disappointed! You can trust the sweetness you smell from the sidewalk...totally worth every penny! I've been eyeing those caramel apples, and looking forward to trying one soon! Thank you Kilwins!!!

Regardless of the reason for visiting 5th Ave this is a stop you must make while you have the opportunity. Get some chocolate and share some sweetness with those you love and care for. And grandparents the gift can be sent if your not able to gift them in person. Personally my daughter always smiles when she just see the label knowing the sweet treat is just for her.

Love Kilwins. It's the only place to get sponge candy (they call it 'sea foam'), which is my childhood favorite. They have full-service delicious ice cream as well as a variety of wonderful chocolates and fudge. And it smells fantastic!
Ask about gluten free flavors. Emplyees clearly don’t know what gluten is. Read ingredients on side of container and said the ice cream contained soy. I get there may be cross contamination, and I’m ok either way that. They never clarified. Left and had amazing gelato at Banta bakery just up the street. The employees there knew exactly what gluten was and which flavors I could have.
Ice cream was great! but chocolate was so disappointing. Hate to say this but I actually threw the $22 box of chocolate pretzels in garbage 🙄 it was that terrible. Stick with the ice cream and skip the chocolates.

Waited in line for 50 mins to find out that they had run out of waffle cups and cones. Tasted a few flavors which were very average.
Billing process was chaotic, the staff looked clueless.
