Delicious lemon sorbetto and fabulous smells.

A great selection of caramel apples, caramel corn, many kinds of delicious fudge, specialty chocolates, gelato, and milkshakes or malts. An all-in-one place! I've had the ice cream before and this time was a vanilla malt. Delicious! Friendly wait staff. It's not cheap, an ice cream soda, a malt and a small gelato came to $25. But consider that it's on the swankiest street in Naples!

Very great ice cream! I got a medium cone of their cherry ice cream, and my husband got a medium cone of their raspberry sorbet. It was all very good.

Workers were nice but the ice cream is average and the pricing is extremely unreasonable. I got a waffle cone with 2 scoops and it was $17 (no special toppings or additions). I understand charging $8.50 for the first scope but to charge the same exact amount for every additional scoop? Disrespectful lol

Been coming here for a very long time and it’s just so top! Their ice cream is very very good and kinda reminds me of Europe while I’m there. All the products I’ve tried were all excellent, and I will continue to go there every time I’m in Naples.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at my favorite ice cream shop today. I encountered extremely poor service from both the employee and the manager on Tuesday, 8-6-2024, at 12:30 PM. When I ordered my usual ice cream, I didn't ask for the price; I just wanted my cup to be filled as usual. The employee served me a very small portion, and when I asked for more, she started weighing it and questioning me.

I was the only customer in the store, and all I wanted was to enjoy my ice cream. Instead of defusing the situation, the manager approached with a very bad attitude. It was my day off, and I just wanted to have my ice cream. It turned out to be a very bad day.
