I’m not sure where to start. I’m not sure I’ve ever ordered a meal, then walked out of a restaurant before it arrived at my table before. But I did last night (12/28) at Komoon on Pine Ridge. I’ve been there multiple times for both carry out and dining in, and usually had a good experience. Yesterday my wife and I arrived at 8 PM. Few people in the place, but not too busy. It took awhile for someone to come over and take our order. We ordered a sushi roll (her) and a grilled Peruvian fish dish (me), and an order of spring rolls to start. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Our waitress ignored us. We never got our spring rolls. Finally after like 30 minutes in frustration my wife called the waitress over and asked, “Is there a problem?”. She explains in broken English that my fish dish was done, but we were waiting on the sushi to be completed. Well, that isn’t ideal since my hot meal is now getting cold while they finish hers. But no matter, we shrugged it off and continued to wait. And wait. And wait. She never brought our spring rolls (we asked for those again when we called her over the first time). No apologies, no “these spring rolls are on us”, no “have a drink on us”. In the meantime, at least one Uber Eats driver stormed out of the place after waiting for an eternity for his order. We finally announced to her that we wouldn’t wait any longer, and just picked up and left. We must have wasted 45 minutes there and never got a single bite to eat. I hope this was a one-night thing with Komoon, because in the past the food has been good and the service much better. But it’s going to take an act of faith for me to go back. A perfect mix of a trendy, vibrant food and nightlife spot. Has to be one of the most lit brunch experiences I've had in the Naples/ Fort Myers area. Tasty Thai curry dishes, deliciously fresh sushi and amazing music/vibes to top it all off.Exactly what the city had needed.

Went Sunday afternoon and the owner told us we had to have a table reserved with a purchase of a bottle to get inside. After 3 of our friends (girls) got there. We tried again this time they told us it was a 10 dollar cover fee, which we paid. Once inside the bartenders were rude and took forever to take drink orders. Also the DJ playing there was only playing Haitian music with 1 or 2 hip hop songs. We asked him to play some Bad Bunny and he just turned us away. Stay away from this place. There’s better places and better DJs!

Maybe I’m too old but I come for a nice meal versus not listen to a band … so I’m biased when a resturant needs a band to attract patrons. Asian eatery playing Mexican music confuses me. It’s me sorry. The sushi roll was fresh, tasty and filling. The Peruvian Sabo Solatad (Chichen stir-fired with onions, tomatoes and noodles). Was savory with it’s spices. Aside from the noice, service and food was good. ((Inside are booths and outside tables are metal types.))

My husband brought me to Kamoon and I'm beyond glad he did! We ordered a variety of sushi and Thai food and all of it was delicious! The sushi chefs are beyond amazing and make your visit that much more! The owner was present and she cares so much about her customers and their satisfaction. We can't wait to return!

Whoa...ordered over $100 of food for carry out...promised in 25-30 mins...had to wait in a noisy crowded restaurant where no one knew or cared where our order was for 45-60 mins. Manager was uncaring and brusque. Got food home...half order was wrong, food was unfresh and tasteless and into the garbage it went ($100 of bad) Aside from that....it was still terrible. Read the reviews and decide for yourself....how are they still even in business?
I went today with my friend because he already ate on one of those restaurant the one on Immokalee so I wanted to try for the first time the food on the restaurant I order a yellow curry and he order the Pad Thai, it tooks almost an hour and because I asked how long it will take to get our food, the server had no idea and then after when the food came the order was not what we order my friend dish was ok but the messed up mine they brings green curry, the server just left the dish on the table and doesn’t said nothing, after another 10 min I asked one more time how long it will take to get my correct dish and the server just said that it was 7 more tickets before I can get again the right dish, so probably another hour and I just quit from there too upset about that experience

Huge portions of fish in every roll. I ordered two and my fiance ordered three rolls, and we both went home with leftovers, which is not the norm! Staff and service was incredibly friendly and I imagine the wait was a little long for sushi because it's all so fresh and made-to-order. Otherwise overall incredible dining experience.

We’re locals and we used to patronize Komoon frequently. Tonight the service was beyond poor and the food arrived late and cold. Write this one off. There are far better Thai restaurants in Naples that provide a far better dining experience than Komoon.

I recently called this restaurant to order "take-out" The person who answered the phone - a young sounding male - did not know the menu, and had to call somebody else to take my order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the "young male" at the front of the restaurant was being instructed how to operate the computer, in order to collect money from customers. This is NOT something which should be done at the height of the dinner rush hour. Training should be during "off hours," In addition, this "young make" did not know how to "make change" either in his brain or by using the computer. To top things off, when I got my order, it was incorrect. NEVER AGAIN
