Kunjani Craft Coffee & Gallery

I began coming to Kunjani about 3 years ago, my most recent visit disappointed me. First: the lady taking our order could not comprehend our order to the point that another barista had to come and correct her, second: the latte I ordered with oat milk which I noticed was not creamy or of good quality and just made my coffee flat, and third: the space no longer gives cozy vibes and it looked run down with clutter, there was a desk/office in the corner that looked out of place. My mother's Golden latte tasted like a bar of soap. I wanted to give them a great experience since they were visiting from another state.

Stopped here to grab a coffee before a job. She asked if I liked chai and I said yes but I don’t like it too sweet. She recommended a caramel chai. I said ok, the cup said “half sweet” on it when I got it. It tasted like it was FILLED with sugar, like gross, and I’m not that picky it was just terrible. I went back and asked the guy if he could add more coffee because it was too sweet. He said “it’s just chai” i said but it’s too sweet. He didn’t say anything so I told him to keep it at that point cause I had to leave and he didn’t seem like he wanted to fix it. So I wasted $6 and left with no coffee.

Was excited to check this place out! Unfortunately, it was only okay. We are super coffee snobs, but love a good pour over and the coffee flavor was quite weak. I did a Beautiful Latte and it was insanely sweet (I get it, lattes are more sweet but there wasn't a balance of sweet with espresso) The veggie quiche was good but the sausage one really wasn't. Nice vibe with a little store to get things, but even the one item I was interested in didn't have a price tag so had to wait in the coffee line just to see. I know these are little things, but they could really up it up with client experience a bit and work on their pour over game! Best wishes.

The owner should explain to the help they also work for tips??😱. They are not very friendly and act like they could care less that your there. Pricey but good coffee. Food so so but not bad.. nice atmosphere..better help could increase business.

Great coffee but severely understaffed and awful layout of the cafe , tons of bottle necking

Waited 45 minutes for two iced coffee drinks

My family and I have been visiting this place as a tradition, but over the years the service has gotten catastrophic. Extremely rude and unfriendly. They completely ruin the experience Kunjani was known for.

The atmosphere is very nice. But to be honest, the coffees are not good. For example, cappuccino art could be done and the coffees could be made more flavorful.

Every time I come to Naples I visit this coffee shop and every time I am disappointed. They are sooo slow. The coffee isn’t that good and the service isn’t friendly. I got a muffin today that was so dry it had to be a day or two old. Unfortunately I’ll be going to Starbucks next time.

Seems like a great place but I didn’t find a seat inside. Outside, the table was too wobbly to use. Spilled tea all over myself due to the table because the tea dripped through the table… so I left because by that point I was getting annoyed. Also, tea was unsweetened, I wasn’t asked if I needed a sweetener and since I don’t usually order tea, I didn’t think about it… the staff was very busy and rushed. It was a very crowded and busy environment. The parking lot is in the back and it is extremely small. But I’ll try again.

The iced caramel macchiato was excellent. Also had a pour over and the coffee was delicious. Will definitely visit next time we are in Naples again.
