Award to the most miserable employee I’ve ever encountered goes to your employee! Congrats !!! I walked in and wasn’t even greeted. No big deal, so I said hello myself—still ignored. My first and definitely last time here.
When I finally got to the register, the “employee” (blonde with glasses, refused to give her name) was glued to her phone like it was surgically attached. Texting, scrolling, who knows—certainly not doing her job. I asked if they had protein powder. After pretending to care long enough to look up, she muttered yes. (This happened 10-15 minutes ago so you can check the camera)
I asked what a pitaya bowl was. Her direct quote? “I don’t really know, if you turn around you can read what it is.” Excuse me? That’s your idea of customer service? But fine , I figured she could be new.
I gave it a chance and said I’d take a pitaya bowl with granola, protein, peanut butter, and banana. Dead-eyed and miserable, she snaps, “Oh, you need a base.” Again—first time customer here. I say green base, and her response: “We don’t have that!” in the nastiest tone possible.
At that point, before I even finished my order, I told her exactly what she is: miserable. Then I walked out.
This is the kind of employee who drives customers away permanently. She’s lazy, rude, unprofessional, and clearly hates her job. If ownership has any sense, she’d be fired yesterday.
Save your money, your patience, and your sanity. Go literally anywhere else.

The most unfriendly service I have ever received in my lifetime! No one said hi when I entered. Told girl at register that it was my first time and I needed a minute to decide she didn't offer any suggestions, ask me if I wanted a drink or food, she just sighed and walked away. I waited a few minutes then said I know what I would like now. She didn't say anything just took my order then walked off to make my juice. Another women came to the register, again no greeting, just handed me my receipt. No thank you, no smile... nothing. Got my juice it was decent but not worth the price - they charge more then other juice shops in town. My sandwich was mediocre, the chicken was extremely salty and tasted like the precooked chicken strips that come in a bag. Girl making food is wearing slippers- odd. They could try saying thank you or smiling, they all clearly are not happy working here.

I enjoyed my drink however the service and attitude towards me made me reconsider whether I should even buy anything. It was interesting, when I entered I didn’t even receive a kind “hello”, when I went to finally order I was met with such an unwelcoming presence and attitude. However, when another customer entered she received so much kindness and hospitality. I was respectful, kind, dressed appropriately, and in no way deserved that treatment. Again, my drink was great but did not appreciate how the workers made me feel. The cashier that day was an older woman.

Love love loveeeeeeee!!!!!!! Accidentally stumbled across Kwench during our drive on I-75 & what a WIN!!!!! 👏 Fresh, made to order, great service, & delicious, good-for-you food!!!! I got a DIY green/veg smoothie (YUM!) & my dad got an everything bagel w/ lox. He said it was excellent. 🥯 🥬🍓 VERY nice, extensive menu with plenty of options. Seriously, visit asap!!! 💚🩷❤️💙🧡
