I ordered an omelette sandwich from this place and was charged extra for ham and cheese but did not get what I ordered it's really upsetting to not get reimbursed the extra money. I called and I went in to tell them about it. Because nobody could speak English and help me out I come there every day to order a Cuban coffee and espresso and the first time I tried the food they got the order wrong. On top of that the strawberry milkshake was made with too much milk and it was very liquidy with hardly any strawberry taste to it very displeased with the customer service!!!

Ordered ham and eggs with cuban bread and medium coffee, for 2 persons. They forgot the ham and when brought out on Styrofoam plates, it was cold as well as the eggs. The service was terrible as the man behind the counter was ignoring us continually. The breakfast prices are not posted anywhere and we were charged $29.64!!We have had much better quality of food and service at other cuban restaurants, and for less.

Was looking forward to a good Cuban sandwich ordered 2 for myself and a co-worker in town for the day.It was disgusting and inedible! Dried out pork. No pickles cheese or mustardI literally threw it out after 1 bite!Find somewhere else to go!To respond to your comment.. it was take out. My partners sandwich was exactly the same.
