Unfortunately, my experience was very bad due to the service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated negatively. The hostess was rude and disorganized. They told us they opened at 4:00 pm, and at 3:35 pm they refused to take my reservation. I asked if I would have a table at 4:00 pm and she said she didn’t think so because they were “expecting 200 people.”
I left the restaurant and made an online reservation with no problem at all. When I returned, during the time I was there, not even 50 people arrived. The waitress seemed confused and brought the food but forgot the sodas. No one ever came to check if we needed anything. The service was slow and inattentive. On top of that, they were training a new employee at the front and correcting her in front of customers, which was very unprofessional. It’s really disappointing because the food is good, But the service was terrible. The waiter said her name was Maria, but the receipt said Kelyn P didn't need to answer.
