The atmosphere is very nice. There is a large menu with many choices. I ordered the fried chicken. It was a good size portion. It needed spices as it was quite bland and slightly overcooked.. The best item I had was the salad which I thought was excellent. My husband had salmon that was a bit overcooked also.Our friends ordered a few milk shakes that were great . Our other friends thought the burgers were tasty.

Horrible service. We ordered two burgers and after waiting for 45min nothing came. No one came to check on us. My wife went to check and they said it shouldn’t take that long so we’ll go check in the kitchen to see what’s up. No feedback even after this. Waited 15 more minutes and when I went up to check again it seemed they hadn’t even started on the food. Left without getting anything.

We went with our whole extended family of 16. Staff was super nice, and food was delivered quickly and good. I ordered the lake park burger with fries, good combo.
We also liked the classic burger, and French dip. Portions left you full but not stuffed.
Would definitely come back again.

I had an okay experience at Lake Park Diner. The food was decent, but I wasn’t impressed with the service. Our server seemed a bit distracted, and we had to wait a while for our check. I’ll probably give it another try since the food is good, but I hope the service improves.

Nice place with shaded alfresco seating. Order at the counter and get served at your table. Light fare with decent taste. Fries were good. Food sized reasonably. Reasonable price. Nice ambiance. I plan to return.

We drove 45 minutes to eat here because in the past they had many vegan options. Now, they no longer have the black bean burger nor do they have the tofu bowl nor non-dairy ice cream. The fries are marked vegetarian so I asked what makes them not vegan and they said because they are fried with other stuff that isn’t. I ordered the cauli bowl for 12.95. Asked how much to add tofu and it was 6.95 more so I left it off. Asked if they have a tofu dish and they said they used to but no longer. Asked what’s in the veggie burger with vegan cheese that makes it not vegan (the bun?) and the staff said the bun and cheese are vegan and there’s “no egg in it because there’s no ‘protein’ in it” (well, we know there is because there is protein in plants, 😆). I appreciate he checked and then came back and said the veggie burger is vegan as is, but it is marked on the menu wrong. All in all, I have lost confidence in this restaurant. I may be back but only if I’m in the area anyway.

Great food options, sourced locally when they can, and great variety with healthy ingredients. I also love this diner vibe with a bar, chill atmosphere indoor or outdoor, good for families. I got the chicken avocado sandwich with a side salad (balsamic dressing) and it was delicious. Big portions as well. The bacon deviled eggs app was amazing, definitely recommend.
I had the Brussels and Kale salad. It could have used a little more fruit and maybe some nuts but otherwise it was good. I choose the agave balsamic which was delicious.
