I have been here a few times and the food was deliccious and fairly priced with good service. Went yesterday and the chicken nuggets seem like they were previously frozen. The menu states the price is $18. I was charged $23 and there were two other charges for $2 and $3. Others who came in well after me were served first. Waitress was rude and ignored me half the time. I had to flag here down to get a fork and refill. This place has fallen off a cliff in every way possible. I may give them another chance hoping this was a one time issue.

My last two orders have taken two hours for delivery. My last order I asked for a large meatball pizza. Delivery guy arrived two hours later with one large meatball.

Why is the delivery driver opening the boxes and touching the contents? He had likely not washed his hands, and shouldn't be handling food.

I've been coming here since they opened. I know the whole family and they're all great people. Im writing this review in particular from an experience yesterday, 10/26/24. I called as they were opening up fpr the day. I had a pretty sizable order for 1030 am to include 5 large Sicilian pies. We had a surprise pizza party for our dog groomers at a local business nearby. The staff was super friendly, inviting and over accommodating. Pie was 10 stars as always. Each of our staff members commented on how tasty the pizza was. Thank you La Appetito for many years of excellence. Be back soon.
This place was amazing the food was perfectly cooked the cheese pizza had a great seasoning and don’t even get me started on the delicious dessert they had the decor was beautiful and the service was amazing and I food came fast and hot and the servers were so nice overall you should totally come if your in the area

Ordered online, it took 90 minutes to get and then they didn’t get the order correct. Driver had to go back to pick up an item that was forgotten, which took another 30 minutes. We only live down the road. Won’t order from them again.
