We stayed at the hotel, and we ate a couple of times at Latitud and everything was very good. Portions are big, prices are normal, food was very tasty and the service was really good. I would recommend you to try the Spicy Mermaid drink; it was very good and also the Chicken Nachos.

Delicious meals for a reasonable price. Very good!

20% service charge on top of overpriced gas station food and the server never mentioned it. I called to let them know we were missing tartar sauce that they ensured was in the $175 take out order, and they said sorry there is nothing they can do. Talk about great service (not). No such thing as customer service anymore. Plus they still want you to tip them as well. GF.

Had the watermelon feta salad with salmon and the salmon was cooked very well good seasoning. The salad had huge chunks of watermelon. It just kind of lacked in the flavor with the feta, but overall not too bad.

Everything we ordered here over the course of a few nights was excellent. The customer service was great, very attentive staff and constant checkins. We tried the cocktails, lunch menu and dinner menu. Nice option for staying in the hotel rather than heading out to eat. Bit pricey bit standard hotel restaurant prices.

Latitude 26 has good food and drinks, but the service was notably slow during our visit. Unfortunately, a guest at the next table was vaping, and the staff did not address the issue. While the culinary experience was positive, the overall atmosphere could be improved with more attentive service and better enforcement of dining policies.

Hyatt House is one of our favorite stay-cation spots and over the years we have run into Gayle. She is a bartender at Latitude 26… her old fashions are out of this world! Hand down the best. She is super sweet and provides exceptional service. One of the weekends we stayed there was a wedding party and she was slammed with guests and she took the time to make our cocktails with love and made us feel like despite this huge crowd we were the only ones in the restaurant restaurant all while handling the crowd. Job well done, Gayle. We’ll see you again soon!

Typical hotel bar, but pretty good food! Only one bartender and food runner working during lunch so service wasn't all it could be.

This place offers a great alternative to the more visible and very crowded restaurants in the area (5th Ave). It has a very fresh and vibrant Florida feel to it and almost has views of the bay. Food options are solid and well prepared. We have dined here several times and always had great experiences.

Victoria is the most awesome bartender I have seen. She is on it. She is so high energy that you can’t help feel the same way. She loves her job and you can tell.
