Went to Lima for dinner after getting a few recommendations from friends. 1st time trying a Peruvian restaurant. Many types of dishes to choose from of which there were Gluten free options. Food was very good. Glad we tried Peruvian cuisine as it was different & very good. Nice decor & atmosphere. Service attentive.

My wife ordered octopus which she really liked, I ordered tenderloin chunks, which were perfectly cooked with a really nice sauce, peppers, and onions. My only real criticism is that the french fries and my wife's stewed onions were lukewarm. The outdoor ambience was quiet and cozy. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable helpful and competent. We will definitely go back again.

The waiter was nice and very helpful with choosing drinks and entrées. After a while it got crowded and it was hard to get him to attend to our table. I think he was the only one. There was one server who poured water at the beginning, but then our water was gone and we never saw her again. We had to ask for more water. The good part! The drinks were very good! The shrimp pasta was amazing! The little corn nuts that they have at the table - so addictive! I had the tenderloin with veggies and rice. Very good choice! The ambiance is amazing- so beautiful. Kind of dim lighting and relaxing. It looks quite fancy! We sent our other work colleagues the next night.

Our first time...We ended up sitting at the bar which was a blessing! Juliana guided us thru the menu! We had such a good meal that we are taking friends there tonight.

We had an excellent experience at Lima Perú. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with dim lighting and a very cozy, elegant vibe. We started with cancha and ají sauce, followed by the classic grouper ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. The Shrimp Causa was creamy and flavorful, and both main dishes were outstanding: the Lomo Saltado was cooked to perfection with bold flavors, and the Ají de Gallina was rich, creamy, and full of umami, pairing beautifully with the rice. The cocktails were well crafted, the dessert was a perfect finish, and the service was attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our visit. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

So pleasantly surprised to have an absolutely delicious meal at this out-of-the-way place. If these hours were great, the ceviche is wonderful, two of us had the “macho fish” entree- delicious! The Peruvian fried potatoes with truffle were not great, but everything else was outstanding. Service was spotty, however. Sometimes it was super attentive and at other times we had to hunt around and wave our arms dramatically to get attention. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back again.

What a disappointment! I have eaten here several times and it was consistently great. This time we got take away and it was terrible. We ordered 2 steak dishes and the neat was totally over cooked. We ordered the steak appetizer and there was no sauce. We ordered the scallop appetizer and it was cold! I have heard that usually take out is not that great but I thought Lima was better than that.

Lima restaurant was very good. It's in the back of a small shopping area. Don't let this deter you because the food is very good and once you get inside you feel like you are in an upscale establishment. We had the Classico Ceviche which was one of the best I've had. This is because they use grouper instead of the typical tilapia here in the US. We also had the Lomo Salgado which was delicious. Most Peruvian places use French fries for the potatoes however this place used the yellow/blue potatoes specifically found in Peru and used in this dish. It was your classic lomo saltado. Service was great as well. The wait staff was Peruvian and very attentive. For an authentic Peruvian dining experience you won't go wrong going to the Lima Restaurant and Pisco Bar.
