My order wasn’t complete worst service ever make sure to hire the right people and not burn outs

I walked in to pick up my pizza and said Hello how are you doing to the staff member he just ignored me gave me the death stare and said nothing. Very poor service. Thankfully I had a code to get my pizza.

Horrible cold pizza - doughy crust. When asking for a credit or fix, no options given. Manager says she’s not required to give me any information. Terrible experience.

Looked a little dirty for the area in Naples but looks are deceiving...the customer service was great, very friendly and courteous despite my walking in right before closing. Pizza was fresh and as far a Little Caesars go was really really good. I really appreciated the kindness of the workers and their attentiveness to the customer.

Asked for a simple hand tossed pizza and didn’t get what I asked for. Could not be more simple than that. Got my order wrong. Couldn’t imagine of my order was complex what would come out.

Very good for the price! Ask for fresh pizza not in the stove

I love this chain and even if you get an older pizza dipping it in the marinara sauce makes it fine.

You can buy a giant pizza like this in every American food store. It would be great if they could just make the dough a little thinner.

Terrible attention from the lady who serves. And he was only asked for a ready-made pizza. I don't want to imagine if he asked for one that they had to prepare... What a shame!! I'm passing by here visiting the place.

We arrived with my sister to buy a pizza and the blonde girl with a bad attitude served us the box with the pizza she put it with attitude on the counter the other girl a very nice brunette thanked us and wished us good night, the other blonde did not greet us nor did she give me the receipt of the purchase the cashier the blonde very bad girl change your attitude it is not our fault of your bad day

Placed my order on the app for pick up at a certain time. Arrived at desired time and it was ready to go. Staff was also very polite.

I live a half mile from this location. By the time I got the pizza home it was cold and hard. The pizza seems to get worse each time I go there.
