Just found a dead cockroach on the pepperoni pizza that I ordered on 10/18~ Only realized when I went to wrap up the remaining pieces. I would’ve taken a picture-But I was so horrified-I immediately threw everything away!! This is so disgusting!! And they should be shut down by the Health Department!!

I called to place an order over the phone and the lady that helped me was a young lady I can tell for her voice, She has no empathy at all, I felt like I was bothering her for placing an order. There was no enthusiasm at all. For the business to be successful beyond the quality of the product, they should have a fantastic customer service, What we experience as customers is what makes us come back.

I have had several discontents with them either because the orders are not on time or because when I arrive to pick them up someone else took my order and I have to wait for it to be done again, I never made a complaint but this time it was too much, there was a crazy bread free coupon when you buy online and that's what I did, the system did not show that I selected the coupon and they did not want to give me the crazy bread, even though it was not my fault and the discount was clearly visible in my email, but since it did not appear on your receipt no m They gave it no matter how much I asked the manager and the assistant as a favor, I didn't want to do this but they themselves told me to do it because they prefer that to pleasing a client who has no fault that their system has errors. They are RIDICULOUS. NEVER I'M BACK
