The people that works there are always on their phone and are not even paying attention to the customers. So, they ended up charging you twice and then they don't wanna do anything about it. And their customer service is the worse!

I have had several discontents with them either because the orders are not on time or because when I arrive to pick them up someone else took my order and I have to wait for it to be done again, I never made a complaint but this time it was too much, there was a crazy bread free coupon when you buy online and that's what I did, the system did not show that I selected the coupon and they did not want to give me the crazy bread, even though it was not my fault and the discount was clearly visible in my email, but since it did not appear on your receipt no m They gave it no matter how much I asked the manager and the assistant as a favor, I didn't want to do this but they themselves told me to do it because they prefer that to pleasing a client who has no fault that their system has errors. They are RIDICULOUS. NEVER I'M BACK

When we are on the road and want a quick meal, Little Caesars seems to be the rescue place to go! They always have pizza available, when we walk in, no waiting. The prices are reasonable. And they give my son a bag of cookies! That's a plus!

Food was super good and fast. I ordered online while sitting in the waiting area and I was supposed to wait 25 mins for our food but it came out in 15 mins. She asked what my name was and brought it right out.
The fact that I've gotten burnt food. I somehow dropped my child's food opening their heavy ass door, and the girl inside could only laugh at my face saying dumb in Spanish at low voice and charge me for a second box of pizza cups she then grabbed the fallen box and took it to the back careful it's not resold.

( Golden Gate LC) Two weeks in a row my on line order was not only not ready...it wasn't even made! Prior to that I had a week where, upon arriving home, I discovered my pizza undercooked severely!On the last two weeks I'd go to the counter and give my name and they'd mutter in Spanish something among themselves and then say, "It will be just a few minutes..." Both time it was over 15 minutes...the time they give you when you place an on line order proving they hadn't even made my pizzas!This chased me to the other local LC....but you can find my review for Rattlesnake Hammock you'll see they are no better. LLITCH holdings are rolling their eyes at franchises that treat the customer this way.Unbelievable ! oh...also neither facility gives you topping packets. They see them hidden. Pinch those pennies!
