Half the times I've ordered pretzel crust pizza, I get a regular pizza. Then the staff treat me like I'm an idiot for thinking I'll actually get what I ordered

Everything was really good and hot. Only suggestion is that it was very very light on the sauce, some spots didn't have any it was so thin. Otherwise it was great

The Worst customer service. This has happened every time we try and call and make an order over the phone at this pacific location (collier/pineridge). The employees just either don’t like to talk to people, maybe horrible at multi tasking, don’t care or all of the above. Do yourself a favor and order your pizza from another Little Ceasars Location in Naples. They absolutely don’t deserve any real business from the locals.

Food and service was decent, can't complain. Was craving some crazy bread, place was empty but girls working seemed like they were in perpetual slow motion. Appeared they would have rather been ANYWHERE else but here working. ?

I made multiple phone call, no one answer. Therefore had to ordered in the store . I notice staff seems that they didn’t want to be there. When I got home, my pizzas were not even sliced completely.

That is putting the pizza in the box is grabbing her face with sweat and also her lips and am thinking in my mind she going to wash her hands but no she kept working. That is disgusting and unacceptable. You need to learn how to wash your hands gross gross last time I go there.
