Got the CLT roll. It was your average lobster roll from Maine 50/50 meat to bread. The Bisque was thin, but had a good taste. The interior where I ate couldn’t I get past every air ducks has black mold all over them. New paint job couldn’t hurt. Overall, a taste from home but after tax soup and a sandwich for $50, I’d rather fly back.

I grew up in Boston with lobster being one of my favorite foods. I live close by & use take-out once per month. I enjoy both the RI/CT style (hot & buttered) and the traditional NE style roll. When you order either from Lobster Roll #1 one thing is for sure, they will skimp on the portions. The Lobster Bisque is also fabulous &:has full lobster included - although I highly recommend adding the extra meat which is a generous amount. NE Clam Chowder is another favorite and I order try it at many different places. I've found many restaurants who claim to have authentic "NE Clam Chowder" has way too many potatoes and/or bacon. I personally would rather have more clams, no bacon and thick "broth." NE Lobster Roll #1 chowder is fresh with plenty of clams and nice thick broth. The Lobster and Mac is perfect for kids or adults who love Max n Cheese.
(Side Note) I gave the atmosphere 4 stars but truly have only done take out. I just didn't want lower my rating. The staff is always friendly and from the NE area. Like I said earlier I live close by and have seen a few different companies, including a Starbucks come and go from this location. I'm nervous this may happen to Lobster Roll #1 as well. I really hope people will start visiting the restaurant more as the lobster is fantastic and the prices are incrediblely fair from fresh NE Lobster. ??

The lobster rolls are so good. The service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Also tried the fries for the first time. Unbelievable good.

First time to Lobster Rolls No.1. Absolutely, mouth-watering, delicious. By far, the best lobster roll I have ever had, and I can't wait to try some of the other menu items (in particular poutine!). The gentleman who served me was personable and smiled through all my questions.
Give this place a try!

The BEST! Been to all the “famous” lobster spots in New York & Boston. lobster No. 1 is the best! The lobster is fresh, plentiful and delicious! Their Connecticut roll served warm in a butter toasted brioche is gold! This is my new fave resto for a casual dinner in Naples .

This place has the worst food and will probably be closing soon. The lobster Mac and cheese taste like straight mustard, the lobster is rubbery, and it’s literally neon yellow. I also ordered the quinoa tabouleh, I guess the dude working didn’t know how to cook quinoa because it was actually raw.

The staff were very friendly and professional! It was very clean and they got our food out quickly! The fries are delicious I would totally recommend 10/10!

Kid-friendliness: The ow era have children so it is a wonderful environment especially because kids can be messy! But they were amazing!
