Horrible experience Christmas eve! Literally had the condiments thrown at us when we asked for steak sauce. Nothing cooked properly and they were just so rude! Do not eat here. I cannot believe this is allowed in Naples! Needs to be shut down!

Order was incorrect, an service near bar was terrible. Long wait for apps an hr an 10 min wait for food after apps. An if u sit by the bar an kitchen entrance it smells like a dumpster. I wish I could come back cause before was great now u will have to convince me. Ty

I ordered the 9 oz Flo's filet and it was so tender that I was able to pull it apart with my fork and it melted in my mouth. I believe that Longhorns has some of the best quality steaks at a reasonable price.

Girllll my steak was delicious! My mom ordered the New York Strip and I got Flo’s Filet. We had a great experience, the service was amazing. The Spinach Artichoke dip was delicious! 😋 The bread was okay, just a little sweet for my taste. The Caesar salad was pretty good. The stuffed potato was solid. Would love to come back!

I’d give this place zero stars. I came in on a non busy day yesterday at 4 pm. It was a Tuesday at 4pm. Nobody greeted is stood and waited for ten minutes to be seated. So we sat ourselves. The girl finally came up after my daughter approached her and looked annoyed like we did something wrong. We asked for a booth and was refused nobody was even dining lol. She sat us by the bathrooms which there was nobody in the resturaunt except a few people. We got a bad vibe and decided to leave. We were treated poorly. We decided to go down the street to an outback and it was worth it and treated better and had a better expierence. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I felt red flags when I came in right away. It wasn’t clean either dirty tables and floor. Save yourself the aggravation. We were dressed nice and appropriate so it baffles me why we were treated bad and to top it off it was my infants sons birthday!
