Used to love this place, haven't been in a little while. I went today and there was just one lady working there who barely spoke English and was not part of the old crew. The original Lucky Dawg crew was spot on, fantastic Italian Beef, great giardiniera, Chicago dogs and fresh cut fries. Was in Saturday (9-23- 23) to find a complete new work force. Awful. The Beef had no flavor, the gravy was tasteless and very greasy. I had to explain what dipped meant. The giardiniera had No peppers. Lucky Dawgs has been there forever and haven’t visited in years. Great last visit, great conversation with the owner I assume. This visit: horrible!!!!! I walk up to the window, ask if they have wings. Counter person points at a paper tag. Awesome! He says “that all?” I asked flavors, he stared at me.
