84 bucks for 4 chili cheese dogs, 2 baskets of fries, and 4 sodas. Dogs were good, chili was chilly - as in not hot - fries were greasy and soggy, sodas were good. Waited forever for the food. I think the fryer was off when we walked up because it took a long time.for the food. Dogs up 1st, then fries. After the food did arrive we ate at the tables in the parking lot. Dude was nice but unapologetically charged me 84 bucks for that kind of lunch with my buddy.
My friend and I stopped here today for lunch and it was really good! It's a small place with outside seating only with a walk up order and pickup window. The employees were very friendly too. We will definitely stop in for lunch or dinner again.
For the record Melissa, a Chicago hot dog (I am from Chicago) always has mustard...always. My guess is your 1 star review is a result your personal outlook on life an not the mustard on your baby daddies dog.
I have been to this place. Am authentic Chicago hot dog experience not life changing nor are the best in Chicago (Gene & Judes for hot dogs or Johnnies Beef for Itialian beef). Good tamales, fries. Don't get excited but as good as most Chicago...
