M & M's Cafe at Tin City

The manner in which management has set such a wonderful atmosphere for their workers should be studied in a Business Management class! My granddaughter has worked for them for a year and still tells me how much she and her co-workers love love their jobs. It surely flows over to the customers who keep coming back, not only for the awesome food but the feeling that their meals are prepared and served by staff who truly care!

This perhaps the most low key dining option at Tin City, and cettainly the fastest, but it is good. We enjoyed the wrap, burger, and fries. Their ice cream is pretty good, too.

I'm not the type to leave reviews, after today can we talk about how M&Ms changed the game with their new all beef tacos! Literally has been my favorite place for quality breakfast and lunch when I'm on the go or visiting Tin City. I'm always greeted with a smile and free ice cream samples from the staff. Especially Gabby, hands down one of my favorite people, she's always professional and friendly, also has the best recommendations when you can't make up you're mind choosing from the massive variety of soft serve ice cream! Thank's Again M&Ms Tin City is better because of you. ?

My wife and I are working our way through all the ice-cream shops in Naples. M&Ms had a decent selection, the service was quick, the portions were about what you'd expect, and the flavor was average. Not a must-try but definitely worth a scoop if you're at tin city already.

I came here on vacation with my family and has the most awful experience. Once I had placed my order the girls in the back kept complaining about having to make the food and drop chicken. Then they said the other customers that come would have to be told there would be a very long wait for the food when we were the only order they had to complete. Then when my mom ask how much longer it would be when it was over the wait time given they were talking behind our backs and I heard standing behind the drink cooler. Then when my mom approached to ask about the food AGAIN after the second wait time was up I heard them yelling at my mom from across the whole complex and had to leave my 4 month old child to go and deal with these girls attitudes yelling at my mother!! After me continuously calling the dark haired woman out for her attitude and trying to fight with me she gave me a phone number to the “owner” which wasn’t even the phone number!! I had that phone number call back while still at the restaurant and approached the girls as the lady told everyone on speaker she doesn’t know anything about this establishment. The only reason you would want to come here is if you wanted to be treated like utter trash. One of the girls listed in photo, other woman took off and hasn’t been back since.
