Our server, Kevin, was great and the chef accommodated my husbands allergy to shrimp. I have to say the temperature in the restaurant was very comfortable and not freezing cold AC blowing on us as many restaurants keep their temp. All this made celebrating our 39th anniversary very enjoyable.
We asked the hostess to not seat us directly across from the kitchen entrance, so she grudgingly moved us to the nearest exit. They substituted my scallops( which they ran out of) for veal and shrimp Marsala which was like glue. However the manager was very nice and brought me an appetizer and dessert which they did not charge us. They did apologize and made up for it with the other dishes.
Ordered two New England clam chowder all fine second course prime rib sandwich. The waiter asked if I wanted to substitute chips fries was a choice that I picked when I received a check it was a three dollar up charge did not discuss ahead of time with me. Wife ordered for a crabcake came out no issues also on check was a charge for a credit card, which was not discussed. If I was told upfront would not be an issue very disappointed.
