The food is great, and the service is wonderful. Ashley, aka Sabrina, was pleasant and attentive! We will be back for sure.

THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!! My family and friends were regular customers at one time. We will never go back as their principals are low class and food isn't that great. They make you serve yourself and charge you a 20% tip automatically added to your bill. What a complete joke!!! The owner needs to pay her own employees not us for self-service. Their employees are rude, the food is not fresh and does not taste that great for the prices they charge. The most laughable is they refuse to give you a glass of water with your paid meal. They force you to purchase a drink or very expensive bottled water. I took my own drink inside that I had in my car. I laughed for days about this place after my last and final visit and told everyone what they were trying to pull on the public. Everyone I know says they avoid this place. If you want great food, great service and a glass of water with your meal surrounded by a wonderful atmosphere go to Alice Sweetwater's Bar & Grille they run a honest business.

My belated Mother’s Day lunch here today was an epic failure. The woman serving our entrees was unnecessarily arrogant and unpleasant. Additionally, the crab ravioli wasn’t even edible! I would never want a guest to leave a place where I worked…having had such a poor dining experience. Shame on you for not listening to your customers and their repeated negative feedback. Terrible reviews seem to be accurate and described thoughtfully. Too many other wonderful places to spend my money in Naples. One and done.

STAY AWAY. No A/C & self serve to order but they want a tip for virtually no service. You order outside at a podium, but only after they REQUIRE you to provide your credit card to them. This was the first red flag, should’ve heeded the warning. It looked like a storage warehouse in there, with restaurant supplies and stuff stacked all over the place. Wow… I have no idea why this place is still in business. Food was ok but not at all special for the price. Plus you are automatically charged a 20% tip for breakfast and lunch, but they don’t tell you that upfront. I’m sure it’s due to the complete lack of service & arrogant attitudes. Forget about getting anything you would normally expect at a nice restaurant. Not here. I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. There are plenty of actual nice places in Naples to eat, with much better food, where you’re treated well/appreciated.

I liked the location. I liked the Sangria. I liked the live music across the water. I went twice. First time for dinner, spent $70+, and enjoyed the experience. I discovered a white sangria I love! I ordered the Asian dish with brussel sprouts. It was good. The flies were terrible during the meal. But I chose the suffering for the view and sunset. Upon learning about the sangria and how to purchase a bottle inside, an employee spoke of the eggs Benedict and how good it was. I decided to go back on Mother's Day! Mistake. First of all, nothing special was offered for mothers. No flower. No token of appreciation. Nothing. And you order at the register, no table service. The coffee was brought but no water. I brought my own thankfully. Then my eggs Benedict was served with no greeting or "do you need anything else?" and looked like something I would whip up on a weekday morning before rushing off to work. It tasted that way too. Nothing spectacular. And don't you just imagine creamy hollandaise sauce covering your eggs like a blanket? No. Not here. I ate one and needed ketchup for my little pile of potatoes. I also needed more coffee but where and how did I get it? I saw the ketchup on a cart. I went and got it myself. I looked for the coffee urn but there wasn't any. I asked the busboy what to do. He said go to the register. I went and told a server I needed more coffee and hollandaise sauce for my eggs Benedict. It was delivered. I ate it all. You just hate to complain or send back food anywhere because they will spit in it and you will never know. With this place, you may just want to stick to the bottled wine.

Ethically wrong to charge a service charge when they swipe your card before ordering Why should you prepay for something like a service charge Surely that’s something you decided AFTER you’ve had the service not before This doesn’t encourage good service but simply rewards the staff whatever service they give

What a disaster! Slow, inattentive service, under cooked entrees , steak, pasta, meatballs. Never going back!

Food is outstanding - service ordering procedure efficient and friendly! Friendly is more rare than it used to be. Recommend for breakfast lunch or dinner

Terrific good. Lovely setting. The best of Naples!!! My husband had the seafood lasagna which he liked very much. I had the salad Nicoise which was excellent too.

My husband and I have been going to Three60 market for years now. Their lunches have always been exceptional with food, beverages, and friendly staff. We returned there with friends for dinner last night after years of not having dinner there due to Covid. The food that we ordered was nothing special, and that is not to be expected. The major source of contention was the confrontation that the manager had with my husband at our dinner table. My husband had purchased a bottle of wine inside the store before coming to our table. The bottle of wine cost $18.60. My husband was under the impression that the corkage fee would be $9, as told him by the manager. When we received our bill, each bottle of wine that we had was $44 (we had a second bottle during dinner.). When my husband brought this to the waitresses attention, the manager came out and insisted that he told my husband that the corkage fee was $25, not $9. He told my husband that he told him inside the store that the corkage fee was $25. Why would we pay $18 for a bottle of wine and then spend $25 to uncork it, I ask you? The manager was confrontational at her table, which made people all around us turn and watch the whole situation unfold. Embarrassing, yes, and it was not handled properly. We won’t be back there for dinner, and perhaps, never again for lunch as well.

Our experience Friday night was stellar, not just because of the amazing food that we ordered but because of the great care and attention taken to our needs by our server, Whitney. Whitney you are a valuable asset to this establishment keep up the good work, you rock!!

Where to start... That's a good question. You'll ask yourself that too when you get here if you haven't been here before. They have limited space, so there's a little stand outside the front door where you order your food as you arrive. They swipe your CC at this point. Sandwiches and salad type menu. Fair prices for Naples but there's really no wow factor here. Food offerings for lunch is of a decent variety. View the menu. Beverages used to be something where you walked to a small counter and told them what you wanted. Not anymore apparently. We were told to take our seats and it will be brought to us. Ice water is not available, but you can buy a bottled water (metal bottle) with a custom label from a local attorney on it. We seated ourselves and waited for our food. The wait wasn't too long and our sandwiches arrived. The fries were undercooked and cool to the touch, but the sandwiches were warm. There are no servers, so if you want a refill of iced tea, you have to go get it yourself. Want more water? Buy another metal bottle. As we left, our card was swiped again.. I was expecting to use their system as I have in the past to add a tip and sign... That's no longer the case, as 20% is added. There's something that has gone off the rails here.

Not friendly and quite expensive for a restaurant with limited service. Food was at best just okay. Probably would not return.

Nice lunch menu… salad and sandwiches were delicious and fresh! Beware though they do not have table service and you order at the door or seat yourself and then return to the door to place your order. Servers do deliver your food and drinks to your table. No frills with a mandatory 20% gratuity. Hostess was more interested in securing your credit card before talking to you or taking your order which seemed off-putting to me. Limited drink options but very nice high end wines in store.

Having been customers for many years, we were very disappointed in the changes during our lunch visit. Person (Madelaine) taking our order was so arrogant, telling us that every single request was not possible. Could not exclude mayo, could not put condiment on side, could not provide ice water, could not provide receipt. Each of these used to be simple requests. You now order outside at a podium. Food was ok but not special for the price. Plus you now are automatically charged 20% tip plus they had a tip jar. This is a restaurant that has gotten too big for their britches. We will not be back! Rebecca, you had a great model for success, but no more.
