How this place is surviving is beyond my comprehension. Walked in and the kid at the counter didn’t even look up at me to acknowledge my existence. I literally had to ask him if he was ready to take my order as he was fidgeting with staples!! I don’t get how this place can let someone with zero social skills be upfront in front of customers.

Well, my husband and I went to McAlister's for lunch. Having been many times in the past and had loved it. Unfortunately, we were so disappointed. We waited for over 25 minutes for two cold sandwiches. At the time we ordered there was hardly any one in the restaurant and we were the only ones in line. Needless to say no manager came around and apologized or explained. There were people walking in and leaving since the service was so slow.
Not sure we will be back.

They have only 2 people working there. The kid at the register doesn’t even know how to use it he’s charged me twice before. Food quality has went down so much. My soup was cold as well. This place just needs to go out of business

I’m giving it 1 stars because the food honestly is good. The service however, not so much. The guy behind the counter (Spanish guy) his name Harold was Lacey and acted like we annoyed him by giving our order. When the food came out I did explaining to him about his attitude. We can do better today. It wasn’t the best experience at all.

I have ordered numerous times this year and every time I place an order the deli forgets something, EVERY single time!! They forgot my drink almost always but have also forgotten the sides that come with the order out they get the drink wrong. Can people not read anymore or do they need a better pick up area to notify the drivers that there is an extra item needed for the order. Figure it out!!

Do not ever go to this location if you're in a rush! They are notoriously and consistently understaffed. And it takes forever to order & even longer to get your food. But if you're not in a hurry- this is a great spot.
