This is a nice, casual dining place. I've read some of the previous negative reviews. But as of today, I rate this place very highly. The place was clean and the staff friendly and fast. We stopped by and had 2 different club sandwiches. The McAlister turkey and the chicken club. One with the potato salad and one with chips and a side of country potato soup. (They had a decent selection to choose from). Both were presented well and very tasty. The soup hit the spot today. A Military discount was offered as well. Dine in, take out or drive through. We'll be back.

Not today... I ordered a Southwest avocado chicken salad and it was nothing like what was advertised on the menu. Nothing was fresh, they put in poorly chopped onion stems, there was hardly any chicken at all, and only two tiny pieces of avocado. Disappointing.

While it’s clear that management isn’t good and there’s an employee who doesn’t seem to have the capacity to work at a food service job, I think including his picture in your review and including other workers’ assumed ethnicities is extremely unnecessary and disrespectful. It’s possible to write about the bad service, long wait times, dirty tables, wrong orders, bad food, and whatever else (all true) without publicly insulting people who you interacted with for a half hour.

We ordered our meals and one meal came out after 15 minutes of waiting. We were told the other meal would be coming shortly. After another 10 minutes, the second meal came out. This location needs some serious help.

waiting more than 30 mintues for my food when i placed an order togo everyone was standing around not even take care of any of the orders on the screen this is absolutely ridiculous

Sadly, they set a new standard for SLLLLLOOOOOOOOWWWWW. They would die if it was actually busy. The app doesn’t work right. We like the food, but the wait is excruciating. You can’t be baking those potatoes on-demand.

The customer service was amazing. They were very short staffed and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had the best service they could offer given the staffing. The atmosphere was soured unfortunately when as daily regular I offered to jump in and help clear tables I was met by a rude snarky Karen added her two cents by telling me I shouldn’t distract them from doing their jobs and that they were capable of handling the task without my help what she failed to realize before interjecting herself into a private conversation is that I am quite familiar with their day to day operations after being a daily customer since the day they opened. God forbid someone be willing to actually be helpful without an agenda. Anyway. The staff are amazing the food is great. It’s a go to spot when you’re looking for good deli food.

Disappointing experience today. Service was extremely slow, and my food was dropped off at the wrong table before finally making it to me. My roast beef sandwich was missing items it’s supposed to come with — no pickles and no au jus sauce. I was also given the wrong bag of chips from what I ordered. On top of that, the dining area had multiple dirty tables with dishes left out, which didn’t help the overall experience. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

HoooooLeeeeeeee... I barely leave negative reviews but this place has the worst service I've possibly ever seen... I waited in line for 15 minutes, placed my order and have been waiting for my food for 50 minutes. It's one sandwich... The bad part is the place isn't packed... Save yourself the time and go somewhere else...
Placed an online order. went to pick it up through the drive up window. After waiting over 10 minutes (only 2 cars in front of me and this is not a window you can order - only pick up previously placed orders) I get to the window and they tell me that what I ordered was not available. When you order online they have your phone number so someone could have called to let me know. Wasn't happy and asked for a refund which they gave me the run around about and told me they couldn't process it until the next day which was nuts. Asked for a manager and the person said she was the manager. After telling her I was not planning on leaving without a refund, she magically was able to give me a receipt that showed the order being zero'd out. Will be checking my credit card statement to confirm since I they seemed sketchy about it. Such a waste of my lunch hour since it took me over 1/2 hour to drive there and then wait forever in line and then had to go somewhere else. Don't know if I will be back there. Certainly not anytime soon. Their service has been bad for a while which I way I have done online pick up orders.

Lettuce was wilted on the sandwich. My son ordered a pb and j which we were told after getting our food they were frozen in the freezer.
