Donāt plan on going here if you only have one hour for lunch break, the last three times Iāve stopped in itās taken over 30 mins to receive my sandwich but today it took 50 mins and I had to get a refund so I can make it back to work in time hungry. Iāll never step foot in a mcallisters ever again. This is not a one time thing, this has been consistent for over a year

Stood at the counter for a while and never saw an employee , could hear them playing Iām the kitchen and I left after 10 minutes . I use to like this place but it has progressively went down hill . Hopefully something else can replace this place soon never see customers in here anymore either

Waited 40 minutes for our food. This is supposed to be a place like Panera Bread. This is absolutely ridiculous. When we ordered we had another customer come up and ask how much longer her order would be because she was waiting 1 hourā¦ the employee said āshe is exaggerating itās not an hourā. Meanwhile we waited 40 minutes lol. Food was pretty good but man not worth the 40 minute wait. Whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed at the work ethic they hired.

The food is good, but too expensive. Got a small sandwich for 15 bucks. Also the service was really bad, I was the only one there and it took a few minutes for someone to come by and take my order, and many more to receive my food.

Love McAlisterās deli. Best deli by far. The sandwiches were so good. The potato salad and Mac and cheese are to die for. The service was very friendly. The only problem was the ultimate nachos to go was very disappointing as there was only a small handful of chips for the price you pay.

Waited forever for my food just to find out the girl at the counter forgot about our order somehow. All she did was Just offered to microwave the food. Terrible service. 45$ for two sandwiches. Iāll make sure i donāt bring any business here again.

I used McAlisters on Immokalee Rd in Naples Florida. They delivered 70 boxed lunches with beverages and everyone was very happy. They were on time and delicious! Thank you Scott and all McAlister employees who made this happen. We will be using you again!
