I have ordered numerous times this year and every time I place an order the deli forgets something, EVERY single time!! They forgot my drink almost always but have also forgotten the sides that come with the order out they get the drink wrong. Can people not read anymore or do they need a better pick up area to notify the drivers that there is an extra item needed for the order. Figure it out!!

Do not ever go to this location if you're in a rush! They are notoriously and consistently understaffed. And it takes forever to order & even longer to get your food. But if you're not in a hurry- this is a great spot.

I have been going to this location for many years but their service and cleanliness is not the same. Only one cashier and the wait line was five to seven customers long. Food was great. Dining room had trash on the floor.

My only gripe is the mustard on the Italian sandwich. I only get Italians at delis like this and I've never found mustard on my Italian sandwich until I entered this place. They need to google a traditional Italian sandwich because this is not it. I wasn't a huge fan of the peppers and olives either, but alteast that sort of makes sense. They berry salad was really good though

I’m giving it 2 stars because the food honestly is good. The service however, not so much. The guy behind the counter was rude and acted like we annoyed him by giving our order. When the food came out there was mustard, even though we said no mustard. I brought it back up, nicely said we asked for no mustard and requested another one without mustard. He very rudely said “you never said that!” Also the place was a wreck. Tables were dirty, chairs were pulled out and in the middle of the walk ways. Just not a great experience at all.

At least 10 people walked out. Waited over 40 min for my order. The manager has no idea what he’s doing and has no customer service skills. Absolutely the worst place to get food. There are better options around. Will never be going there again

Might have had a better experience in store where you can request no onions for example. Not an option on Door Dash. Biggest issue is this is the 2nd time I’ve paid for a side that has not been delivered despite paying for it. Cannot call to give them the chance to make it better because all telephone options take you to a busy signal.
I ordered the McAlister’s signature club and what I got was a ham, turkey and cheese sandwich with an extra slice of bread on the top with hardly any spring mix and a sliver of a piece of bacon. Not worth the time I spent waiting for it or the money spent. Go to Turco Taco next door. Better food and service.

The cashier named Edgar was very rude, seemed angry and appeared to not want to be working there. I've been there plenty of times in the past and it's usually great with amazing service but you really need to reprimand this person or get someone new. Food is great but if you order takeout from here, they absolutely will mess up your order Everytime. If you order a French dip they will not give you au jus. Literally Everytime I order I have to request a refund it's ridiculous.

The tea was for me! Delicious dining from ear to ear! I was greeted, seated and filled with food! I had to unbutton the britches! My ex girlfriend even got a plate of leftovers and she left me in November!
