My mount airy , McDonald’s in Maryland is absolutely horrible. They’re slow and cant even make a ice coffee correct. Every time you go there, there’s always lines out the door because they just can’t get the food ready. Also, they just had a grand opening because they got renovated and now three or four times now they are down for maintenance. how’s that even possible when they’re brand new and everything inside of it’s brand new. They are very unorganized and untrained every time I get up to the window they are panicking because they don’t know what’s going on. This McDonald’s needs a whole new crew and makeover of staff.
I’m tired of getting cheated on fries. If i order a large then my large container of fries should be filled to the top like you advertise in all your commercials, pictures, app, articles, etc. I should not get a medium amount of fries in a large container. This just happened at the location in Clinton Md. in Stuart road. Three times I was handed old cold fries in a large fry container but the portion was only enough for a meduim. If I held the container in front me I could see fries. I had to look down in the container to see fries. This happens constantly in all locations. Make what you give in the stores what you advertise everywhere.
Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food in the drive through. The fries and burger I ordered were cold when I got them! Also, I want to add that getting ANY sauces for your food is ALWAYS EXTRA! Even if I order something like a 10 piece nugget and it's supposed to come with a few free sauces, they STILL charge you extra for the sauces that are supposed to COME FREE WITH THE MEAL!

Shout out to Jasmine who is MOD. I understand during lunch hour it sucks I get it. My order was not complete they only took down one of my three orders with a kids meal and code. When I paid and got to window 1 obviously they only gave me one meal. I told them they messed up I was willing to pay but I gave a code for a meal I didn't receive. The girl was rude said she can't do anything and to go around and re-order and deal with it. So I asked for her name she had to take time to come up with a lie. Not even a good lie for her name. I called and asked to speak with someone since I was going to turn around since I needed food for my kid lol. She was so polite and helpful I apologized for being that person I just wanted to see if I could just place my order that they missed. And while I am again at window 1 waiting for my 2nd round of food "jessica" got upset cause I was waiting for my coke. She said can't you just take a sprite. And poor managers dealing with employees fighting each other in the background. I thanked the MOD for her awesome personality and dealing with rude customers she had a water bottle thrown at her. By someone this morning. I am all for trying to fix food b.s But throwing something at her and she still did her job. All I did was tell "jessica" To come up with a better name if she is going to lie.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service in this place is non exist. Saturday morning every one was rude. I was picking up an Uber delivery and had a questions regarding the instructions for pick up I was discussing with a manager he dismissed me wouldn’t answer my questions or anything turned around and walked away. I’d rather drive the extra few miles to the McDonald’s up the road then go to this one again.
They’re extremely slow, they always mess up the orders and/or forget items.

I went at 3:30am today october 23 the manager refused to serve me food and also the cars infront of me. This McDonald’s is supposed to be 24hrs but I’ve had this same reoccurring problem.

Last night around 3:38 I went to buy food with a co-worker, then my shift ended, as has happened to me on several other occasions, then I asked for my order, the manager told the guy who served me at the drive-thru. thru that they were closed, I asked why they had already taken my order and the manager said that she had to close early because she had to go see her father at the hospital, refusing to sell me, then she told me that she would give me the food but only to me And I was with more co-workers who were in another car, and I asked her please that if they sold to one, they should sell to all of them because it wouldn't make a difference between the clients and her.
He flatly told me no, that he would sell only me or nothing. She also refused to give me her name when I asked nicely, they are supposed to be open 24/7 but this lady who claims to be the early shift manager always does the same thing.

I work at dawn and every time I pass by after 3:00 am the manager refuses to sell. Please have someone from corporate contact me, there have been repeated times that the night manager does the same thing, saying that she had to close the cash register earlier because he has to go to the hospital to see a family member, it's not the first time, in fact I asked him his name and he also refused!

The Golden Gate Estates McDonald's between Randall Blvd and Oil Well Rd has rapidly gone down hill since it opened, it was really great the first month or so... but the food has been honestly pretty disgusting ever since, they never get my order correct the first time and routinely forget to include items I've ordered in the bag, food is usually cold or barely lukewarm, fries are usually soggy, and the employees, especially the high school students like the young man with the blonde curly-ish hair that barely fits into his hat, always look like they're so absolutely high they're in the stone age and it seems like whenever I'm there, they're always playing grabass in the kitchen. Drive-thru times suck regardless of whether or not you order off the app.
