The worst location in the world. Consistently bad in every category you could rate a restaurant and 25 minute waits for less than 4 vehicles in line. 9 minutes no greeting tonight, with only 2 cars in the line. Never spending a nickel at that place ever again.

If I could give this a zero star I would this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They have no customer service care. The food is always soggy and cold. Just the service sucks period, need better employees that are willing to work. And it doesnt matter what time i go day or night they suck.

I’ve seen it all now. When I looked at my receipt from breakfast this morning I was charged $0.10 for a bag because I got the food to go! I will never come back again!

I thought the collier and immokalee McDonalds was real bad but this one tops it off somehow. rude management that won’t own up to their mistakes. Staff will straight up ignore you. And somehow it took 15 mins for me just to get a soda one time because they don’t have a fountain in their lobby for whatever stupid reason.

This is a newer McDonald's location and it's set up differently than other locations eating in the dining room is a challenge because the people in the kitchen can't even see the counter if someone is there waiting. I think this is a challenge that management needs to address. The drive-thru is usually very efficient except on weekend nights where you could be waiting in line for up to a half hour

Owner needs to get involved here. Past month this location says 24 hours. Past 4 weeks issues with not being open, or not having items available, coffee, one morning no one answered the drive thru speaker, I pulled up to the window and saw people walking around but no one came to the window, 3:30 am!!
