Don't order through door dash I just did and my food arrived cold and the box of fries and my Big Mac cold. I should've just ordered Wendy's or wing stop at least my food will still be warm not cold.

The cashier was very rude and nasty she was speaking Spanish thinking I didn't understand it and she snatched the drinks out of my hand. She was speaking Spanish to the manger thinking I didn't understand what they were saying and was trying to cover her face and I did not appreciate that at all and the manger and her was brushing me away they were both rude I never experienced something like that before

Food is not usually the most accurate, and the service is slow and overall kinda just depressing for how staffed they always are. I mean, real, becuse it is a McDonald's, but pick one or the other, if my orders where accurate then would be all that bothered. Overall, food is still better than most McDonald's, enough business too keep it fresh I guess.

The lady talking on the speaker had a thick accent. We couldnāt understand her through the speaker and she couldnāt hear us. She messed up our order. When we finally got our Mcflurries they werenāt mixed. Just ice cream with Oreos on top.

The worst experience every time I go this location. The staff doesn't understand or speak English. My order was wrong because of that and when I got my food it smelled like it was pulled out of the trash. It was sticky and foul smelling.the manager treated me horribly as if either the staff or had asked for her to intervene. She's exhausted because she has to play all rolls because her staff doesn't understand English enough to keep everything moving smoothly. I'm Hispanic American so it's shameful to see my people be such a way.

I donāt usually do fast food reviews because itās fast food. We all just stop where itās convenient and hope for the best. Iām making an exception for this location. For the first time in waaaay too long my fast food was perfect. I ordered Big Mac and was prepared to open the box to the usual messy, half off the bun, wilted lettuce scattered through the box. Instead I opened the box to a perfectly assembled delicious treat, it looked like the pic on the menu. I know this sounds like a fantasy but I promise it was true. Not only that but my fries were golden crispy and perfectly salted, my Dr pepper was delicious. Honestly the best fast food experience in memory. Again, Iām sure no one reads reviews for fast food but I feel like this location deserves the appreciation that I failed to give before throwing the receipt with the customer survey away. 10/10
Absolutely disappointing experience. The staff was anything but welcoming, cold, disinterested, and inattentive. As for the manager, there's not much to say except that the lack of leadership was evident. If this is the standard, it's no surprise the overall atmosphere was so poor. Definitely not coming back
