Kept interrupting while we were ordering. Didn't listen to order correctly and when we asked to just get what we ordered they refused service to us.

The lady talking on the speaker had a thick accent. We couldn’t understand her through the speaker and she couldn’t hear us. She messed up our order. When we finally got our Mcflurries they weren’t mixed. Just ice cream with Oreos on top.

The worst experience every time I go this location. The staff doesn't understand or speak English. My order was wrong because of that and when I got my food it smelled like it was pulled out of the trash. It was sticky and foul smelling.the manager treated me horribly as if either the staff or had asked for her to intervene. She's exhausted because she has to play all rolls because her staff doesn't understand English enough to keep everything moving smoothly. I'm Hispanic American so it's shameful to see my people be such a way.

I don’t usually do fast food reviews because it’s fast food. We all just stop where it’s convenient and hope for the best. I’m making an exception for this location. For the first time in waaaay too long my fast food was perfect. I ordered Big Mac and was prepared to open the box to the usual messy, half off the bun, wilted lettuce scattered through the box. Instead I opened the box to a perfectly assembled delicious treat, it looked like the pic on the menu. I know this sounds like a fantasy but I promise it was true. Not only that but my fries were golden crispy and perfectly salted, my Dr pepper was delicious. Honestly the best fast food experience in memory. Again, I’m sure no one reads reviews for fast food but I feel like this location deserves the appreciation that I failed to give before throwing the receipt with the customer survey away. 10/10

Absolutely disappointing experience.
The staff was anything but welcoming, cold, disinterested, and inattentive. As for the manager, there's not much to say except that the lack of leadership was evident. If this is the standard, it's no surprise the overall atmosphere was so poor. Definitely not coming back

This store is more expensive than others. Poor sandwich assembly, over salted beef patties. If you really need to grab a bite late at night, fine. Otherwise, I would avoid

An absolute disgrace—AVOID THIS PLACE!
We went to this McDonald’s on Saturday to celebrate my nephew’s birthday—he loves McDonald’s, so we thought it would be a fun treat. Instead, we got a total nightmare. First, the Happy Meal we paid for came EMPTY—just the box, nothing inside. Who does that?! My nephew ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese, which we paid almost $1 extra for. When my husband asked for the meal to be remade, the worker handed back a box of cheese—not the burger, just cheese. Are you kidding me?! When my husband politely asked them to actually remake the order correctly, the worker had the audacity to get loud and rude, shouting, “What else do you want me to do?” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior! We assume the manager was involved and yet nothing was handled properly. Finally, my nephew got his burger, but the cheese wasn’t even melted, so he didn’t eat it. This place RUINED his birthday meal with their pathetic service and careless food prep. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Clearly, customer service and basic quality control mean nothing at this location. We will NEVER be coming back!

Went here for my nephews birthday, and we spent over $80 on food. The food arrived at the table, and the happy meal had nothing but a toy, no food in it at all. My nephew had ordered 2 burgers with extra cheese, and both of them only had 1 slice of cheese. I went up to ask them to fix it, and they gave me a box with 2 slices of cheese. I explained to her that what she handed is not going to work, and I needed it remade. She took the 2 burgers from my hand, took them apart, added a slice of cheese to each of the burgers that were messed up, and brought them back out to me. I explained to her they needed to be REMADE. She huffed and said okay. She heats up 2 burgers with no cheese and then slaps on 2 slices of cold cheese and had them back to me... I cannot believe how much of a big deal this was over them making a mistake AND they didn't even fix it correctly, giving me the burger the way she did she knew was not right. I hope they get some new management or workers or whatever the hell they call themselves because this is by fair one of the worst experiences I have ever had in all of my lifetime. Absolutely ridiculous and I already know mc donalds won't do a single thing about it because they didn't do anything last time I was at another location and had to wait over an hour for food for 2 people. A multi-billion dollar company that could not give a danm about the customers or how the staff are treating people. I even asked for the woman's name, and she refused to give it to me. Do not ever go here, especially with a bigger order.

Pulled up to this McDonald’s around 5:40 PM and there were several cars already in the drive-thru line. When we got to the speaker, the woman simply said, “We aren’t taking orders.” No explanation, no apology just that. We asked if they were closed, and she repeated the same line again: “We aren’t taking orders.” We tried to ask for more info, and she completely ignored us. Super confusing and unprofessional, especially with other cars still sitting in line. If something was going on, at least communicate it properly. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
