We go to McDonalds all the time, and we were traveling this day and stopped for a quick bite as I had two grandkids with me. They were very, very slow, and the staff was NOT friendly at all. Had to go back to the counter 3 times and finally gave up. Will NOT stop there again.

I placed my order to include a qtr pounder w/cheese and a filet of fish. I did not take a receipt or check the contents of the bag. When I got home there was no burger just the fish sandwich. The most expensive item was not in the bag. I was charged for the burger at checkout. I smell a rat. I have had order takers ask for a tip in the past. Hmmm!?

Always have negative experiences at this location. Employees always have poor attitudes. Tables are always dirty. The napkin dispenser was completely empty, so I asked an employee for some and her response was “We have napkins in the dispenser…. Pay attention.” And walked away. She also stared and ignored me when I tried to get the nuggets they forgot to put in my bag.

Order is messed up everytime I've ever ordered, even with the simplest orders, no matter what town or state I've dined at lol
I don’t frequent here often because they are the worst but again you think it might be better five years later and no pulling into the window. No one is at the drive-through kiosk. No one is at the window and then when I pull up to the pick up window I told them no one is there and I would like to place an order very politely and she told me to go back around and then I go back around and there are seven cars in line waiting. No one wants to do their job properly. I now have to wait so no I left. Thanks again for the super disappointment it is no wonder I avoid McDonald’s at all cost

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 hamburger. The cheeseburgers were missing the meat and the hamburger tasted gross with water coming our of it. I live too far to go back. Staff was nice and friendly, but the food was the worst I've ever had. I'm never coming back to this location. This makes 3 collier county locations that I'll never visit.
