Used to be open 24/7...now close at 10pm...pay your workers better make the Naples Park Mikey Ds 24/7 Again! If our Park BK didnt close i wouldnt care but i came at 11pm all lights on to the hopes of gettimg food...hate yalll at night BE 24/7 AGAIN! Just get the Robots and AI and replace the people so you can be open 24/7

The Manager can’t speak English & not many employees do either so don’t expect your order to be correct! Don’t think ordering through the App will solve the problem because it doesn’t. When you give them the order number it’s not ready and when you show them on the phone they still don’t know what to do and they will argue with you about it! Save time and energy and go down the street West near Chilis and go to Burger King! Sorry but my Reviews are honest! Not worth the trouble at this McDonalds.

Food is hot, and orders tend to be complete,but the workers are loud and disorganized. Tables are never cleaned. So if you're going through the drive- thru, you're good..

I do not like this mcdonalds because there is no adult happy meals and a rude person didn't give me the happy meal because instead of the regular happy meal he just only give me three burgers for my brother and two for me and there is no minecraft toy and I don't know what the heck did he do that so never mind and if mcdonalds made a damn adult happy meal why dafuq didn't mcdonalds put all adult happy meal toys in all the whole mcdonalds and if there is no damn adult happy meals in all mcdonalds I would tell the damn company to discontinued the damn adult happy meals and also mcdonalds company if you are reviewing my post I want you to discontinue the adult happy meals RIGHT NOW

Get the wonderful AI asking if I'm using McDonald's app to order with today. After saying no and placing order and waiting for several minutes for anyone to say something, no one said anything. Only three cars in the parking lot with absolutely no one in the Drive-Thru so it's not like they were busy. Drove off I'll go somewhere else, don't need this artificial intelligence. McDonald's does more daily to lose business it's unbelievable.
Bad service, bad attitudes = never coming here again.

I'm not sure they have ever actually got my order right, I once had to return cold food twice in a row, and it is by far the slowest drive through in Fl. But the staff is nice and the place seems to be clean inside.
