I ordered 2 chicken biscuits in the morning and when I opened one it came with a cockroach 🪳, how disgusting I had to throw away the food. They should close that store

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant, ever. I ordered curbside at 11:55 it is now 12:23, I went inside earlier to try to get a workers attention but nobody came up front during the 5 minutes I stood there waiting. At this point I have to choose being late for work or going without food during my 8 hours shift. It is incredibly disappointing how badly staffed this location is, I will be telling everyone to stay away from here.

Staff was not helpful and even slightly rude. The place was dirty all over with food scraps all over the food and on tables, all the kiosks were broken and the napkins, ketchup, and drink tops were not full!

Soda machine is out of service all the time. Not just one or two sodas but they literally have no sodas at all. This has happened multiple times and you can’t get any soda. Horrible. Like even just now we wanted to order some mcds at this location but all of their sodas are “currently unavailable”. So we will be ordering taco bell instead. I visit this mcds frequently and I would recommend to avoid this mcds at all costs.

I sat there almost 20 minutes just to get a sausage burrito meal with a coffee and then when they finally bring it to me my sausage burritos at the house are hard as a rock the cheese was hard they didn't give me my sauces and I figured waiting that long they would have made me fresh burritos instead of giving me something old that's not what you doing you don't give people the old stuff that's been sitting there for a while they need to learn how to do their job right last time I go to that one
