Went thru the drive thru was told to pull up to the white line and they would bring my food. Waited 15 minutes, food never came. Worst customer service I have ever had

Ordered for curbside pickup. Waited 10 minutes after I got there to get my food and 30 seconds before I got it was brought out it started raining. The man that brought it out said “you could’ve picked it up from the drive through. Just saying.”

Went to this McDonald’s at 4:30 in the morning, because the other McDonald’s was temporarily closed for a “shift change”. This McDonald’s only accepted, cash, didn’t have any coffee drinks or fountain drinks. So I had to get a breakfast sandwich with a can of Coke and had to pay cash for it.

Dude at the drive through just now wouldn’t let me order a sausage and cheese on a bun… on a hamburger bun…. I literally order it at every other McDonald’s he argued with me and tried to make me look dumb and said they don’t do that… aight well I don’t order from McDonald’s from incompetent people… mind you I order this at every other McDonald’s… had to cancel a $35 order good job McDonald’s!!!

Worst experience ever it’s 12:05 on 8/4/25. I guess the manager took my order because she was in a purple shirt in the drive through. Let me preface this with, I’ve never had problems here before. I rarely even complain unless I find hair in my food. But this manager was soooo rude. I’ll tell you why. So anyways my story starts with pulling up to the drive through. Everything normal except for when I asked for no tomato on my Mc crispy. I was asked if I wanted something else and clearly being rushed because the order completion screen flashed. I re iterated “that’s no tomatoes right?” She said yes. The order didn’t reflect that. Once I pulled up to pay I didn’t even get offered a receipt. The kid just walked away. He’s never done that before. (He’s regularly working there) I go to the next window get my food, check it and lord a behold the Mc crispy. The only thing I ordered besides a coffee. Consisted of just a chicken patty, and dry burnt buns. I was fine with giving them another chance so I asked the woman in the purple if I could have the lettuce on there, that it was just no tomatoes. She rolled her eyes and returned with the sandwich in a box now. With lettuce and tomato, no mayo. I looked at it and said “sorry, it’s supposed to be no tomato.” She rolled her eyes, audibly puffed, proceeded to remove the tomatoes in front of me. I was like 👀 “i need a new one” (I had enough) she sighed and told me to pull up after waiting for 4-5 min someone came out with yet again with the same sandwhich. How did I know? Well I could see the tomato seeds and pieces as well as taste it. I’m allergic which sucked for my stomach and tongue. Honestly that woman might of been having a rough week or something. But she can’t be in a position of management and having a power trip. It unfortunate because I feel bad, we all work really hard for the crumbs we make. The only thing I wanted to start my day was a easy delicious Mc Donald’s sandwich, without tomatoes. Didn’t deserve all that sass.

I’ve been to hundreds of McDonalds in my life as well as other franchises occasionally getting cold or bad food and unprofessional service as I’m sure we all have , it happens!
But for the life of me I’ve never experienced anything like the place, I actually believe that their behavior and horrible food is intentional, I really do!
The entire staff at (lunch) should be fired and I guess the so called manager should be banned from working at any restaurants! This is not a one or two time occurrence, it is this stores culture! The fish rots from the head down, if I were corporate McDonalds I’d take this franchise back!
You have a severe problem on your hands, believe me!
