I went thru the drive thru and i stood there couple minutes saying hello,hello, then a guy answered and got smart talk with me. So i asked for manager and a lady told me there was no manager. Which theres always managers there. They denied me talk to one there to give complaint. And that same guy told me he was a manager another time that i went.ya need to address that. Situation. Now i see why ya lose customers like me. Ya hadyoung stupid kids working there instead of adults.

My food was completely cold. I ordered at 9:50 pm. I ordered three meal everything was as if was just sitting there. My family and I were just to tired to argue. We order from this location all the time. From now on if we can I will not go there at all.

Accuracy of orders is either hit or miss at this location. I ordered a McDouble at the drive-thru on my way to work and wound up with a cheeseburger. Unfortunately I did not have time to go back to have them make it right. I called customer service over two weeks ago to report the issue asking for compensation. I'm still waiting.

Parking: Too many empty pick up parking, limited dine in parking.
The place was empty; we were the only customers at that moment. Despite that, it was dirty. There were leftover food scraps on almost every table, napkins on the floor, and one of the drink dispensers wasn't working. Two out of the three hamburgers we ordered were cold.

Was there yesterday @ 7pm. No one was there. Used drive thru and the guy made us wait bc he was texting on his phone. Food took 15 minutes and had to go in to get order. Horrible customer service and horrible food

I ordered a Big Mac with two extra patties, but they only gave me one. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm tired of asking McDonald's every time to bring me the missing patty or replace my burger. Is it really so hard to just prepare my order correctly? I will not go back to this McDonald's again. This happened on 12/24/2024.

employees are always incredibly rude and pissed off for no reason. they also always close WAY earlier then they’re supposed to, usually an hour early. They also always act like the sauce comes out of their paychecks, it’s ridiculous. Management needs to do something about it because it’s insane.

I went to this McDonald’s at 9:50pm tonight, they are open til 11:00pm My Big Mac was ice cold, like out of the refrigerator with almost no sauce on it. My filet of fish tasted like it was cooked last week. Fries were old & cold. So disappointing that you can’t count on hot or even warm food at most McDonald’s anymore.
