After taking a second bite I realized there was an extra ingredient in my burger. When I returned to the store I received smiles, laughs and another burger that I only ate because at this point I was very hungry. I will not be retuning here ever again.

Even at the late time of the night (midnight) service was great. With a positive, friendly person that spoke to me on a warm personalable delivery. Showing eye contact, and said more the the amount and here's your change.

It's true that the place is very clean and quiet, but I just ordered here and they got my order wrong. For example, my large fries were incomplete, and they didn't give me My ranch dressing, I ordered three Disney-themed happy meals and two of them were the wrong ones with a Zootopia toy, something I hadn't even asked for, and my bacon burger looked really bad. As a frequent customer of this establishment who has received specialized service from the staff, I am very disappointed.

I waited 49 minutes for a ice cream and got no help at the cash register until 20 minutes later nobody got help like I work at a fast food but no matter what we make sure to get eve try one order and make time even when it’s busy

currently standing inside the store I have been waiting for 20mins for 2 hamburgers and a mcchicken seems like no one is doing there job all just messing around and 3 people came in after me and all got there food before me

My family ordered delivery because we don't feel good but they forgot to add part of the order in the bags so now with upset kids had to drive back to McDonald's (kinda defeats the purpose of delivery) to reorder the stuff they forgot to add in the bags!
When I went in the drive-thru there was a car in front of me and I could hear the person taking the order was playing around and laughing so much they couldn't even take the person in front me order with out laughing and chatting with the other employees inside. Very unprofessional!

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant 6:47PM November 27 2025. The Team was very friendly and highly respectable. The jobs are very taxing in restaurants and our members suffer and donate their time and lives to serve us. Thank you McDonald's Team.

I usually go to Chick-fil-A with my daughter, but this time she wanted to try McDonald’s. We placed our order, and they gave us a number to put on the table so they could bring the food to us. It was hard to even find a clean table, but we finally sat down and waited.

After about 20 minutes, I had to ask for the drinks because my daughter was getting thirsty. We waited another 15 minutes, and still no food. I finally went up to the register and showed them our table number. That’s when the employee told me our order had been sitting at the takeout pickup window the entire time.

This was a clear communication failure on their end. Very disappointing experience. We had cold food.

Worst manager ever. I’ve never seen a manager treat a customer like that. My husband went through the drive through to get a frappe. The girl gave him an iced coffee. He realized it and went around so she could change it. The lady knew and agreed she gave him the wrong g thing so she went to the manager and he said he was not going to change it because my husband probably put ice himself. What? How? He actually had to buy another one. We will never go there again!
