I got an ice caramel coffee there, the coffee came out so light. I told them that it was too light, they took it and give me another one.They got me another one, and she said she changed it. Yuck, same milk coffee taste like nothing. I can't even drink it.

Waited almost 30 minutes for one happy meal. It was supposed to be taken to brought out to curbside but ended having to go inside to get after almost 30 minutes. Fries were cold and had to be exchanged. It sat there as she took another person's order before handing me the happy meal for my grandson.

I went here in the 4th of July, and yes I get it the place is usually stacked specially on holidays but dude, there should be no reason that there should be 1 cashiers and only 2 people actually making the food. I went through the drive-thru and got there 10:30, I didn’t get to order until 10:50, also the person that was taking my order was talking like he was at a library. Then I got to the second window to pay at 11 : 30, I had to wait at the second window for approximately 30 minutes and did not get my food until 12:00, and when I finally saw the food I had I only got 2 fries, I ordered 3 for my mom and my dad. Overall just horrible, also pro tip: the people that take the order should help the people making the food when they aren’t taking orders. 0/10

Why did I have to pay .50 for one tiny slice of tomato and .50 for 17 shreds of limp lettuce ? If your filet o fish needs a little extra to make it palatable, then please have mercy on the costumer and either do what you see here for free or load it up with lettuce and tomato if you’re going to charge. Really y’all?
