Went to this McDonald’s and used a coupon through the app. We told them we wanted a double quarter pounder because it was eligible for 40% off with the code we were using, the person taking our order argued with us and said that the double quarter pounder wasn’t included for the coupon. We told them to ring it up anyways and see if it worked, they refused and did not. As you can see in the photo below, the coupon shows that the double quarter pounder was included in the coupon. I’ve worked at McDonald’s for four years and always rung up what customers ordered, so I’m thoroughly upset that this worker did not even bother ringing up what we ordered, even if we ended up being wrong and the coupon didn’t work.
