Just went thru the drive thru at 2 am. Told me couldn't give me more than 6 ketchups. I would have paid for it if asked but just refused me more ketchup. I come here everyday for a large iced coffee. Don't understand why more ketchup is a problem.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and while there were a few positives, overall my experience was underwhelming.
On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and polite, which I really appreciated. The wait time was also short. my order was ready fairly quickly, which is always a plus when you’re on the go.
However, the food itself didn’t meet expectations. The burgers were surprisingly small and didn’t feel satisfying at all. The temperature of the food was also an issue; it wasn’t hot, just lukewarm, which made everything less enjoyable.
Additionally, the sauce on the burgers was very watery and lacked flavor. It felt like the quality control in the kitchen was lacking during my visit.
Overall, while the customer service and speed were great, the food quality needs serious improvement to match the standard people expect from McDonald’s.

Today I went to McDonalds and was greeted with the best customer service from Ellie. An employee who brings such great vibes it will make your day! Always attentive and making sure to provide the best experience possible! She deserves a raise if she hasn't received one already. The joint was clean and tidy. Delicious food all around as we'd come to expect. An amazing time before a long drive. God bless.

Cant rate the food because we never got any. Stood there for 10min while employees talked to each other without acknowlegding me. I said hello twice and they looked at me but continued. I walked out.
absolutely horrible. i ordered my food on the mcdonald’s app and it came to this address and they told me it wasn’t there plus told me i need to call another mcdonald’s store and see if it’s there WITHOUT AN ADDRESS! ontop of that they wanna say there’s no ice cream or mocha frappe. i even wasted 4500 points of my mcdonald’s app to get a frappe and didn’t even receive it. the lady was always rude as hell. if i could give this place 0 starts i absolutely would.
