Waited over 30 minutes for my food. People were inside at the counter waiting to order as well and were told by the employees to order at the broken kiosks.

This location never salts their fries, and takes much longer acknowledging the second drive through lane. On a recent visit, I waited more than 5 minutes and watched as two cars on the inside lane got served ahead of me, I had to pull up to the window to give my order. I finally started remembering to ask for salt packets since they decided to stop adding salt to them. So just be aware.

Slow enough that I left 3 cars from being able to order and ate someone's bagged lunch ham sandwich instead.. but it WAS Sunday night. They were probably understaffed, this is not a review of their food, just my experience.

Horrible costumer service at take out. You could barely understand the lady who was taking our order and she kept saying she couldn’t hear us even though we were literally yelling our heads off. She kept saying that there wasn’t the meal we wanted even though we always get it, she kept putting it in as a single burger and was overall not helpful at all. We spent 5 minutes going back and forth until we gave up and left.

Every time I come the manager is rude, doesn’t know what he’s doing nor does he seems like he cares about taking our order, food takes forever, it’s gross. I will never come to this place ever again and do not recommend to anyone
