Too busy to do their jobs. Both of my orders were wrong so I went inside to correct them.. for what, they got it wrong a 2nd time. Horrible experience.

Terrible customer service The morning female manager with glasses, needs to be fired , and the young teenager Spanish boy David n,one arm is filled with tattoos, Terrible customer service..needs to be fired ,disrespectful I remember in the mid 85 you would not get a job if you had a arm filled with tattoos, Today tattoos are accepted along with low quality food and service...interesting how things change in time....not for the better , McDonald's food is terrible process meat ,that means you're not eating pure protein and reused seed oil which causes inflammation.....it's sad because children are supposed to learn to cook from thier grandparents and family members but they also don't enjoy cooking and eating..... fat and obesity,and cancer is what you get ..low energy....and this is what we are teaching our children to eat fast food.....

Food was decent. Service was ok. No ketchup available. Several of the soft drink dispensers were empty. Restrooms were unusable they were so dirty. Even had water/ other fluids on the bathroom floor. This was at 9pm and they were not very busy. Will not go to this McDonald’s again

Fries were like old style McDonald's fries with just right amount of salt. Fountain drink was pretty bad. Not sure why McDonald's fountain drinks are partnered with such horrible water. Maybe try commercial-sized reverse osmosis? Service always with a smile and drive-thru well designed.

We waited 30 minutes on our food while it was already done long ago not delivered, the food was cold. How it happened - We ordered our food and made it so it had to be brought to our table, after a long time we wondered where our food was so I went to check up on where our order went and when I came to the front I saw our order waiting on the table behind the desk, so I figured they would soon be done, we waited again and then we found out we HAD WAITED 20 MINUTES I tell you that was the longest McDonald order I’ve ever have waited on. We went up to the desk and waited in line to ask and then some guy came a through and came back with our sign in the meantime and was about to cancel our order and when we finally got to the line and desk we got our food only then after 30 minutes in total. The food ended up cold, and melt.

Went through the drive through and they forgot a burger and fries and then gave me a medium fry for a large meal i got home and called to tell them that i was missing items the lady who awnsers the phone then hangs up this place needs to get demolished and rebuilt from the ground up

Worst McDonald’s experience. You follow the process and use the kiosk, take a number to your table, but no one will bring you your food. They call your table number from the counter, but if you are sitting by the bathroom, between the hand dryer and music can’t hear anything. Fries were so stale you could snap them in half, no one came to the counter except to call a table number (the staff hid in the back), my daughters chicken nuggets were yellow color inside (looked like scrambled eggs), and everyone that came after us was clueless that they would have to listen for their table number due to McDonald’s not following their own process. Reading the comment section it seems that there are bot reviews because many are the same. This location should be an honest one star.
