They forgot all of our sauces (from 2 orders) and gave us the wrong drink. And when we go at the counter, they don't come to see us. Service is always bad there, a lot of mistakes and they're very slow.

I was in a drive-through and I had got rude service by a lady named Patricia, I don’t think she should be able to work there because she lack of customer service . I spoke to the manager,hopefully she speaks Patricia and informed her her customers service wasn’t ok with customer.i felt offended I believe due to the fact that she was Haitian she start cussing my mother out.. truth be told I know Biden had signed a TPS for individuals to search for a better life but the lack of service that I received was not professional, and based on my observation, she should not work at the window due to the fact of lack customer service . once again,. I visit the place frequently, the customer service is terrible, you have to wait too long for the cashier to serve you. Today I visited the place, I speak very little English and there was no one who spoke Spanish, the young woman who served me with very bad enthusiasm gave me everything except what I asked for and well I had to take and pay for a very large order, I understand that I am in the US but they should also have someone who speaks Spanish working since many Latinos also visit this place.

Delivery no good. Ordered bagel with round egg, got no egg. No hashbrown, no creamer or sweetener for coffee. Could not deliver missing items. Couldn't call store. Only could call Ubereats. Refund only. Can't eat a refund. Breakfast ruined. 😞

The food was quite awful. Everything tasted sweet. Insane. Burnt edges. Tasteless.
Staff here is super slow, waited 15 minutes for a single sandwich one time, homeless people constantly outside, restaurant had a bat flying around on one of my visits, staff constantly on phones. And the for the last straw I would just like to say 2 words FREE

Want to get treated badly by some of the rudest people in Naples. Come to the McDonalds at 951 and 41 don't bother taking the number when you order the yell it out tell you come get it. There's no ice tea at the drink station so don't you dare ask for a refill. This people need new jobs. You would think once in a while someone would wipe table or pick the trash up off the floor.
Went for breakfast before work this morning. Placed my order. Waited a long time at window. Cars were piling up behind me. Gentlemen finally comes back to window with every ones food. My sandwich and hash browns were cold . Very disappointed. That he couldn't have given my food before waiting for other orders to be done.
