This McDonald’s is the worse in Naples, they don’t even wear gloves to serve your food, the staff is rude and mean and they took 30 mins to make an ice coffee when the place was almost empty even the drive thru

Poor Service and Unprofessional Manager
My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for the correct food, the manager got an attitude instead of fixing the mistake. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse.
The manager then used my drink cup to scoop ice instead of using an ice scooper, which is unsanitary and unacceptable in a restaurant. Managers should know better and set an example for proper food safety and customer service.
This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and hope this location retrains its management staff the Haitian lady shift, leader or manager or whatever y’all wanna call her teach her what customer services is it’ll get her a lot further in life or tell her to find a new job

We have been to this McDonald's over and over and over again because it's the one closest to us. It is clear and away the worst McDonald's in any place we have lived or visited. Service is absolutely horrible. Whoever is in charge of this McDonald's is long overdue to fix this or somebody needs to be fired
Disgusting place ordered a caramel frappe and revived something like a coffee and someone spit inside try to file the complaint but manager did not took it seriously

Whatever useless manager was working at around 7pm on 11/19 seriously needs to be fired. I was told to go pull into a drive through waiting spot for a sprite. That’s all that was left in my order was my large sprite that they were in no rush to fill. The manager was extremely disrespectful and had no urgency to just fill my cup with sprite and be on about her day. To her, it was more important to feel powerful to make me wait in the drive-through spot or go inside to get my drink when I specifically ordered it in the drive-through. I don’t know the audacity that takes, but I finally got my sprite only for it to be a medium when I paid for a large. I waited over five minutes for a sprite while the rest of my order was getting cold in my car this is absolutely the most unbelievable experience I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s and I don’t have high standards for McDonald’s. This woman needs to be fired immediately and the rude kid behind the drive-through needs a good talking to about how to treat a customer and not to ask them to go inside to fill their own drink when you ordered from the drive-through.

Drove up to the window and asked for the mcflurries I ordered with my meal. The overnight manager laughed in my face and slammed the drive thru window shut. Management and employees should be evaluated by corporate.

I ordered online through the app and when I got there, I asked to add a medium fry to the order. The lady straight up just said “no I’m dealing with Something”. I was very confused and when I got to the window, I asked another person if I could add a medium fry to the order in which I Got told no again. When I asked why, he wouldn’t tell me and then told me to go around the drive through again if I want them. I then asked if I went around again when I get told yes this time? And he said no. So if you want to go through the drive-through of this location
just for just the fun of it and not get any food, this is the place to go.

Don’t ever come here after the dining room closes you will wait an hour or more for your food and I got so sick from just a mc chicken never again will I ever go there after 11pm and don’t even get me started on that customer service the lady with the dreads forget about it she needs to be fired!!!

I placed a breakfast order 30 minutes before they switched to their lunch menu and got there 10 minutes early as well. The drive thru line was long and barely moving so I by the time I got to the speaker it was one minute late and they refused to make my order. The fault should not be on the customer for the business moving slow, especially when the customer got there well ahead of time. Terrible way to run a business and they should do us all a favor and shut down.
