Placed a mobile order for in-store pick up (two milkshakes) and waited 15 mins in the lobby while 4 employees visited with each other, laughing, hugging, walking back and forth to the register.. never once asking if I was waiting on an order. Then, with no communication, one decides to finally look at a monitor and slooowwwly start making the two milkshakes. Poorest customer service/work ethic I have experienced at a fast food restaurant. Owner apparently needs to stay on site and supervise operations (or lack there of)
