I was hoping the food got better with less Haitians, it did for a minute but there is obliviously no quality control there. The fries were cold, the burgers were cold the buns were stale. Who was the manager tonight, apparently no one. Don't send me a free coupon. Won't eat there again, I'll go out of my way to bonita where everything is always fresh and hot.

Season your food! No salt on my fries and my burger was bland with zero seasoning. Second time same story. Will not be back. How hard is it to season with some salt?
We went to have dinner today since we were at the hospital. And we noticed Cockroaches 🪳 walking all over the floor.. I lost my appetite and threw away most of our food .. I told the manager and showed them the cockroaches he did apologized..

I bought a large coffee at the drive thru at 11.30 am and it was cold. I went inside to let them know it was cold and they gave me a new coffee that was warm and watered down. I just gave up and left. I didn't want to ask them for a refund or replacement.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit about 10:30am I never order a biscuit but was craving one for a while now so I decided to get one today. My memories of a Mcdonalds sausage biscuits are of a delicious biscuit and a yummy sausage patty. Today, the egg, cheese and bacon were on point but the biscuits were Not light and fluffy. They were hard and chewy. Blech! I was so looking forward to the biscuit but wasted almost $5 and didn’t get what I paid for. Asked for a pumpkin latte and was told they are out - and that the latte machine is broken. Seems like they were just doing enough to get by. Maybe they ran out of fresh biscuits or gave me one that was sitting under the heat lamp for too long- maybe just didn’t feel like making another sandwich since bfast was gonna be over soon anyway.
