Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with 2 hash browns and an ice coffee. Took 10 mins for someone to come to the intercom to take my order. Then another 25 mins for my order to be brought out to me- with a missing iced coffee. I didn’t have time to wait so I left. The food is clearly good cause it’s processed, but the service sucks and they’re clearly staffed.

McDonald’s used to have good coffee. The coffee there tasted like water with a little bit of flavoring. Waste of money. Also, I love ordering kiosks, as they are generally faster and more convenient than waiting in line, but this one was horrible to use. I had to push two or three times on each selection, and the menu was not very straightforward and and it took a good two minutes to order two coffees and an egg McMuffin. Ridiculous.

The place is bigger on the inside than you assume at first. The only thing I would suggest better would be to add more of the plastic numbers that indicate which table you are sitting at. There are only a couple that are available when ordering at the kiosk.

What the hell is wrong with the world today ? I was born early 90's and mcdonalds always had free water , if you wanted bottled you paid , I agree with that , but the audacity, to deny my little girl some water in a cup because she didn't have 48c and she was dehydrated mind you !!!! All she wanted was water .... mcdonalds you should be ashamed and any other places charging for the basic necessity of life should be hung right beside them..... peoples lives matter more than 48c still right ? Come on mcDs , Do Better!

Consistently the worst McDonald's around. Horrible food, horrible service, dirty interior. It should be criminal to be that bad.
The service is absolutely atrocious in the mornings. Every time I go there in the morning to get something for breakfast the kiosks don't work half the time and the people behind the counter truly do everything in their power to not interact with the customer, they avoid eye contact as they walk past no hello, nothing. The food is like any other McDonald's it's mediocre. Sorry McDonald's especially this one you have lost my business.
