Beautiful place, love the layout and the color scheme! Service was excellent! We shared the watermelon salad and then we both ordered the Bronzino for our entrees. It was amazing, flavorful, fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Knockout dining experience. The ambiance is cozy and feels that of Europe. The food (highly recommend the Seafood Paella) is fantastic and fresh, as well as the extensive wine list from various countries. There’s a reason they are listed as the #1 restaurant in Naples on TripAdvisor… it meets and exceeds the hype. Locals love the spot, as well, and is absolutely not a tourist type restaurant.

Mediterrano is at the top of our favorite list. In addition to a spectacular lentil soup and hummus with veggies appetizer there are three very tasty vegan entrees. My husband usually gets the salmon or another fish selection…always simply scrumptious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients; the most important one of all…you can taste the love that goes into each and every menu item. The watermelon salad is like having dessert before dinner. The servers are so personable and wonderful. We have never once been disappointed; it’s so delightful to dine at Mediterrano.Vegetarian options: Delicious lentil soup, creative salads, three delightful vegan entrees.

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would. Lamb keftedes were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the beef tenderloin kebabs and the seafood paella. The flavors were incredible in the dishes. Our sangrias were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend skipping the more pretentious places in the area and come and experience excellent food and service !! Will definitely come back if we are ever back in Naples!!!

Delicious! Highly recommend you go here. Our food was slow to arrive but could have been one off situation. Will definitely return.

Nice Italian in Naples. The food was delicious and the waiters were friendly, but it took a little too long to order drinks. Actually it was a cute restaurant but it was way too noisy because there were a lot of groups and large families eating and it was almost impossible to have a conversation.

I think this was my fifth visit here and it is always top shelf. Fantastic food, whic does have a nice vegan menu, superior service, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Did I mention the hanging upside down plants?

We were seated inside and it was really loud and hard to hear each other. So we asked to be seated outside which they were able to accommodate which made the evening so much better!!! Love the food, the service & how wonderful we are treated!!!

Menu selection was perfect since we all like different things. Our server, Milos was attentive and great overall. Place was busy, but that did not stop the owner from stopping by and checkg on us. We will return! Food was prepared perfectly.

As usual, we were not disappointed. Everything was tremendous. We've been coming here for years. Consistently great food, drink and atmosphere. It is one of our don't miss whenever in Naples places.

My wife, my mother, and I had late reservations at Mediterrano after enjoying a sightseeing cruise. The weather was perfect and all doors were wide open. It was lovely. We were greeted and seated right away. It was 8:40p and the place was packed. Always a good sign. We ordered a bottle of wine and our entrees. We ordered the chef specialties: fresh fish of the day and the lamb shank. Both were outstanding. Everything was excellent, the food, the wine, the weather, etc. we look forward to returning.

This is a mixed review intended to be fair and truthful. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner, table was ready, and we were immediately seated at a great location. The ambience is great and the appointments are beautiful. We ordered wine and an Aperol Spritz which were both excellent. The house supplied a basket of pita bread, oil/balsalmic/hummus and when requested, immediately brought out more pita which was warm and prepared perfectly. We ordered the mussels, and flaming cheese appetizers. The mussels were exquisite as was the cheese. So far, I'm in love and getting extremely anticipatory about the entrees which are why we chose Meditereneo, The Paella. Unfortunately, for us, this is where the train comes off the tracks. We ordered three entrees of different variety based on the intense pleasure received from the previously mentioned appetizers. We ordered the Valencia, the Vegetarian, and the Branzino with fig date sauce. First the Valencia. The shrimp was undercooked, the octopus was tough, the mussels were not as good as the appetizer, the clams were good and the rice for us was too tomato based but cooked perfectly. A 50.00 dish this was not. The vegetarian paella was better as the vegetables were cooked perfectly and for a plant based choirizo sausage it also was very good and a surprising bonus but alas still not a 50.00 entree albeit better than the seafood. The winner for the evening was the branzino as the flavors of the sauce were exactly what we wanted. This was a diversion in taste that you don't often get. The portions were ample as we had leftovers that we amended by cooking the shrimp more and making adjustment to the tomato base rice. We ordered no desserts and paid our bill which was 236.00 plus we left a cash tip. Naples is beautiful, as is the restaurant, but the paella was not what we expected. You might disagree, as I'm sure some people would enjoy their preperation of this very hard entree. The manager was attentive to our comment
