We ate at Mel's Diner 3 times during our stay in Naples, and each time the food was really good. Very good portions, so dessert didn't fit anymore. We tried different things and everything tasted good. Great price-performance ratio. The service is very attentive and very nice. The equipment is getting old, but that's what counts. Just like we imagine a diner. Thank you!

I ordered the two for two burnt brisket and ribs, I got ribs and pulled pork I tell the waitress and she comes back and says it's burnt brisket not pulled pork I know what burnt brisket looks like it does not look like pulled pork, that was an insult to me, then she charged me extra two dollars for drinks I had call her back and tell, she blamed the computer, I don't think so, watch what ur order is and check ur bill before paying they will scam you...just bc ur elderly...

Mel’s Diner is a very special place for me and my family. We went there today and had an awesome experience. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated as though we were part of Mel’s family. Our waitress, Anna, was at our table very shortly after being seated; taking our drink order and welcoming us to Mel’s. She delivered our drinks within minutes and asked us if we had any questions about the menu….. WOW, what a menu!!!! SO MANY CHOICES!!! Anna returned to our table several times as we were reviewing the menu. She brought a basket of very delicious fresh baked rolls while we made-up our minds. She took our order and explained the different sides available. Our food was delivered very quickly and WOW, SO MUCH FOOD!!! Anna returned several times as we enjoyed our meal to ensure everything was as ordered. WHAT SERVICE!!! Needless to say, we will return to Mel’s as our experience was the best. Thank you Anna and thank you Mel’s Diner!!!
