Under whelming and over priced. Small scoop for $6 and $2 for an additional scoop. Flavors have too many additives and ice cream was icy tasting than creamy. There are several other places which are better. Rather than sounding like I am advertising for another business, I will let you discover them. I always seek out ice cream across the USA and this shop does not measure up in Quality. I wanted to love it, when I heard about the shop. Less additive and a higher fat content might improve the product.

The ice creams are good and the waters are delicious, but I went on a Friday and there were several people in line. There were 2 young people serving a glass of water, both of them were doing the same thing. Which they were talking about and it took a long time. In which I was there for 25 minutes and many people left and there were only 5 people in front of me.

We were a large group visiting Naples from Broward looking to fill that sweet need after the ocean, we were quite pleased to have found this spot. A very pleasant gentlemen served us and allowed us to taste the flavors in order to make our purchases. The location is so cute absolutely adored it. Would definitely go back when we are in the area.

About 16 of us visited Michoacana ice cream for the first time, and there were so many different flavors, so we asked for taste tests of almost all the flavors, and the server was very pleasant about itHe was also super quick and accommodating with filling all the orders.The restaurant and even the bathrooms were clean.I would definitely recommend this place.

Terrible … $7 for this fake mangonada. What is this….. ridiculous… antojitos is the place to go… they have real mangonadas … this is more of a cocktail de mango. Smh. Customer service was rude… no matter how busy antojitos is they are always friendly, fast, and they always welcome everyone.

Disappointed with my hot fudge sundae. She scooped a section of the vanilla ice cream that was soft and melted, whereas the majority of the tub was hard packed which I wanted.And then VERY little hot fudge was provided - just a couple bites worth of hot fudge. So, all I had left was a melty mess of vanilla ice cream - just threw it out.
