On 04/25/24 l had a food poisoning after eating at 6320 Hollywood Blvd. Naples, FL 34109. I ordered REUBEN BURGER and it was the only food l had that day. I felt some strange smell but it was my first time ordering this burger and I thought that it was a souce smell. Then it was two days of hell. I had severe diaria, vomiting, dizziness - the full spectrum of the food poisoning. Thank you guys for this experience.

My wife and I had a fantastic dining experience at the Ale House in Naples, thanks in large part to our server William. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed during our meal. The food was delicious and arrived promptly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will definitely be returning to the Ale House, and we highly recommend asking for William as your server for a top-notch dining experience.

This is one of my usual after-work haunts, and a place that serves a full menu after midnight is a rare thing around here. The staff have always been impeccable across the board, and quick to recognize a familiar face (and their order!). I had William tonight, and he kept my soda glass full the entire night- quite the feat, with how fast I drink the stuff. Good guy, extremely attentive service of the kind you'd expect from a much fancier restaurant.Basically, if you're looking for an after-hours meal, Miller's is the best bet in Naples.

This is a really good place eat. Their zingers are the best. Burgers and other items are good. Good deals. Not much of a wait time and family friendly. We always look for the waiter William since he's friendly, funny, and hard working.

My family and I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The women’s restroom was so dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, and there was literal feces on the floor of the stall. It was not new so who knows how long it had been there. We notified the staff and they said they were aware, but during our 1 hour there the bathroom never got cleaned.The food took a long time to come out despite the restaurant being 1/3 full and the food was subpar, my rice was crunchy and old and it was pretty noticeable.The server told us the manager was going to come talk to us however he never came by.We will not be visiting this location again. The Millers in south Naples is much more pleasant and cleanly.

I order the zinger salad( no tomato ,no cucumber)sometimes twice a week with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy,and my order is always incorrect.(Doordash)Last night,I got no salad,just the zingers and mashed potatoes....I have been in to speak to a manager and had a salad replaced,and that salad was wrong as well.Last night was the first time I actually received my mashed potatoes and gravy,so I'm grateful for that.It's just ridiculous at this point ?

Curbside service is bad. I ordered online and I received an email stating my order would be ready at 9:01pm. I waited a little longer before I parked to give the employees time to prepare my order because I’ve had past times where my order was not ready on time. I confirmed through the email that I was here and parked. I waited but no employee came out the restaurant. I decided to call and no one answered. Finally someone answered on a line and they told me they would transfer me to “the kitchen”. “The kitchen” never answered my call. I called about a few more times and no one answered. I specifically ordered curbside so I wouldn’t have to get out of my car. In the end, I had to get out of my car. The lady working at the front tonight initially gave me the wrong order. Good thing I checked the name on the bag before I left. Second time she gave me the right order. Please upgrade your curbside service. They forgot to give me the sauce I ordered online. Last time I placed a curbside order, they forgot to give me a lot more than just sauce.

Stopped for a beer Saturday afternoon. Never again. Good beer, bartender with a bad adittude. Outside bar area was a mess. To much trash for me. Didn't try the food after the poor bartender adittude.
