I came on a Sunday, got a bowl double steak and queso. The lady gave me 1 skinny scoop and then another shimmy of 3-4 cubes of meat. The other lady working laughed and they spoke in Spanish about her skimping the portion. Then her coworker said something else and she put another 3-4 cubes of meat in the bowl. Queso was like a tiny swirl and I also had to ask for more of that.I paid $18 for a bowl that wasn’t even full when I left and to top it off when I got halfway into eating it I find a tiny curly hair in the rice. I hate to leave bad reviews but how are you going to skimp somebody and then laugh about it.

First lady who went to help me didn't speak English so she got another lady. I ordered the edgy veggie burrito to go with the next lady. Then a guy directed me to pay at the register so I did. Got home and the lady who speaks English gave me a veggie bowl? So I guess I should have tried my Spanish with the first lady. Or have stood over the glass and watched what she was doing, so I could have informed her she didn't know what she was making. Shame on me for not doing their job. It was plain rice not cilantro lime, no corn salsa, no shredded cheese, so I have no clue what this lady was attempting to make. Ended up being a white rice bowl with orange sauce, scoop of black bean on top with a smashed avocado on top of that ??♀️

I ordered online, when I went to eat there was a hair in my salsa, stale chips, and half a bowl I ordered.

I have to share an experience that happened regarding an order that was placed through their website.It was for two kits of food (party size trays for a large group of a few dozen people), already paid for and pre placed the previous evening with an order #.When i arrived in the morning to pickup the food, nothing was ready and the employees.... there were two employees on site who had absolutely no idea where the order was, what i was picking up, what kind of meats beans rice etc, nada zip. Which was already indicated on the order when it was ordered.The order was written down on a napkin the night before,which was barely legible.As if it couldn't get any more extremely difficult or frustrating and just maddening....There was a steep language barrier. Imagine walking into a chain food restaurant and having to use google translator to communicate.Not one person was working in this store who could assist me, At all, due to the language barrier.Really disappointed at the way this location is run.

Just visited this location at 9:05 on 6/22. Location is open until 10pm. Staff would not make any stacks because they said the grill was closed for cleaning even though there were stacks on the grill while we were trying to order. They would not explain further. They clearly just wanted to close the grill early so they could leave early. So we left. Bad service. Would recommend a different location.

The best customer service. Moe’s catered a party for me this evening. They were incredible when it came to Customer Service we ran out of food and within 45 minutes they delivered food and my party was a success. Thank you so much. The catering department was so accommodating and thought soquickly they went over and beyond.I highly recommend Moe’s

Ordered take out & we absolutely hated it! The guacamole was black. The meat in the burrito was Raw. I would t recommend this place to anyone. Sorry moe.

Entering, I have never not been greeted with a "welcome to moes" they never fail to say hello and are always incredibly friendly. The food is also super good and I would rather go to this moes more than the moes near me because it's so good. the setting was good too. There was someone sweeping and tidying up and some regulars came in and they all had a cutesy little conversation, overall it was very good and felt very safe !
