Molto never disappoints with regard to food and service. Always 100%. Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. However, on this visit, for which we had a reservation, we were pushed into the dining room for their adjacent cafe. The host said we could wait 15-20 mins for our table in the main dining room, or eat outside (it was 95 degrees) or go into this alternate dining room. We said we would wait and he said “let me show you” with menus in hand. The option to wait was no longer offered. The alternate cafe dining room had clearly been affected by the flooding from the last Hurricane. While dry and clean, there were many things in need of paint and repair. One of the bathrooms was out of order. A portable Bluetooth speaker played music which we had to ask our server to turn down. It totally lacked any of the ambiance and fun of the real dining room. Ugh. We really like the food here - Molto has always been on our list every visit to Naples. Since we had a reservation, being placed in this alternate overflow dining room was not cool - if they offer it you, say no and insist on being seated in the main dining room. A restaurant should not oversell a dining room when a customer has a reservation!

Been to Molto many times. Quality is OK. Food is OK. The ambience is great. Service is friendly and OK. For pasta, there are better places in Naples.

My family has been coming to Molto once a week for several years. The service and food is always great.
Great place, great food, great service. Sat outside then asked to be moved inside instead, staff was so gracious and accommodating and got us our drinks and already ordered appetizer seamlessly. Always a fun atmosphere and good vibes!

I had dinner at Molto Trattoria on June 14. The food was good, but the next day I noticed they charged my card more than what I signed for. I’ve called several times and no manager is ever available. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Check your receipts carefully or not come to this place…
