We love the Shrimp and Grits! My absolute favorite of all restaurants which offer it. Do to heavy traffic on 41 we were late for the cut off time for the Early Dining specials, but I called ahead and the manager was nice enough to still give us those prices. Appreciated that.
Seated right away with our reservation. It was early so relatively quiet. Drink orders came quickly. Server gave us time to enjoy before we placed our food order. Everyone enjoyed what they had. The couple with us had never been there and said they would return.
A quick pick with friends from out of town. We were concerned about getting in on a Friday night, then a bit apprehensive since we could get reservations at 7:15pm. There was NO need for concern. This is a gem with terrific food, welcoming ambiance, and while 'moderate' in terms of noise, very easy to hear guests around the table. The waiter was exceptional - attentive, honest about selections, and accommodating when a wine choice was not available. A place we will definitely...
